Our ability to build new habits and stay consistent with the things we say we are going to do all starts with the brain. We have to shift our mindset to align with the goals we have if we want to make them our reality. It's one thing to eat healthy meals and move your body, it's another to do it consistently. And consistency exists within our brain.
