Mindfulness, or being in the moment is more than just a courtesy to those around you, it's a necessity for mental fitness, remaining calm and maintaining a positive attitude.  In this episode Judy and Jodi discuss the concept of mindfulness and the practice of PQ reps (Positive Intelligence repetitions). Hear how mindfulness involves being present, aware of one's surroundings, emotions, and the current moment. Learn the various types of PQ reps, such as tactile and breathing exercises, to help shift focus away from negativity and towards a more positive mindset.  PQ reps can be done quickly and are a useful tool for managing triggers, negative thoughts, and challenging situations.
