In the journey to connect with our core self, we often encounter barriers created by the pain residing within us and the protective mechanisms we've developed to shield ourselves from that pain. Today, we'll gently explore the anxious part of you—an internal guardian attempting to shield you from pain. It's important to recognize that while anxiety is a part of you, it’s not all of you and doesn't define the entirety of your being.

At times, anxiety may assert itself so strongly that it feels all-encompassing. In those moments, we can guide this protective part to a place of relaxation.

This journey is designed to illuminate the path, allowing your core self to radiate through the shadows of anxiety. Before we get started, take a moment to settle into a quiet and comfortable space. Allow your body to ease into relaxation and prepare for this meditation.

This meditation runs about 28 minutes.
