"Start at  4 in the morning and just try to get until midnight."
"I might get 50 miles in."
"When you get into like I don't know like 1 o'clock or 2 o'clock you don't know why you're out there."
"So my mom she was 84 when she started getting into this."
"She ended up doing a couple 5k's."
"Every heel deserves a good sock."
