Maverick and Wolfman

Quite Incredible!  Jack Coates overcame being a pre-diabetic and knee surgery to become one of the best Spartan competitors in his age group.

Jack has conquered 15 Spartans!

So how did you get into Spartans?
"A silly mistake quite a while ago."

"Definitely gone to the next level this year compared to what I have in the past."

How do you prepare for 1 of those (Spartans)?

What all does a Spartan entail?

"It's not just running!"

"After knee surgery I did the hardest 10K it was in Palmerton, PA and hardest beast which was in Killington, VT."

"It almost seems like a running  race meets a ninja course along with cross fit."-Maverick

"Really what got me working out to begin with is I was considered pre-diabetic about 10 years ago."

"One of our sayings is go slow to go fast and I preach it all the time."

Thank you to Jack for the amazing stories and we wish you the best in life and competitions!

Thank you to all of you for listening, supporting and sharing!
