What Am I Created For?
As we seek Jesus we find beautiful faith and also beautiful purpose. Some of the messiest things we face are the questions of: Who am I? Why am I here? What is my purpose? If we are seeking Jesus to help us with answering those questions, we will find stability and security in who he has created us to be. He has given us an identity of great value and a calling of great purpose—whether that is on display in front of 1000s or 10s. You, sweet mom, matter and have outstanding worth. Join us as we talk about identity, purpose, and calling.

Discussion:
- Do you ever ask, Who am I? or What is my purpose? How do you think having an answer might be important/helpful?
- Check out this FREE PRINTABLE for finding beautiful purpose.
- What do you think it means to find your identity in who God has made you over anything else?
- Today’s beautiful Truth is Ephesians 2:10. (Read it in context.) God created the world with perfection. But humankind ruined it with sin. Tara-Leigh Cobble says that we “were chosen by God before he made the world and that reconciliation has always been his plan, even before things fell apart.” God created us with value, but because of sin, we aren’t inherently good on our own. We need his help. Because God loves us so much, he offers us the free gifts of grace, salvation, and faith. He intervened through the life of Christ and offers us a new life in a purposeful and restored relationship with him. Cobble goes on to say, “God isn’t a haphazard creator; He’s intentional and thoughtful. He put purpose and love into his design, and our good works are part of what he planned for us.” Those good works are seeking him and becoming like him. How does believing you are God’s “masterpiece” help motivate you to pursue the good things he planned for you?
- Share anything that specifically encouraged you today.
- Pray together, asking God to build your confidence in who he has created you to be.
