Gen Z Making An Impact In Construction

Most young generations struggle figuring out what they want to do when they grow up. So they lean on what their parents, teachers, friends, or social media say you should do. The problem is that everyone is different. Everyone has different strengths and interests. There's no one size fits all. That's where James found himself at 15. Completely lost and not sure what he wanted to do. But he knew he needed to make some money to pay for a truck. So he got a blue collar job and it changed everything.
