Welcome to Day 2, 

I hope you ended from starting with confusion into clarity and the list you got already feels like “Yes, that’s me!”

Nevertheless, today we allow some time to go deeper. I included timestamps to make breaks, in total it may require 60-90 minutes depending on the depth you may want to go.

This  chapter contains:

1)     1:31 min – My definition of this core value (approx. 30 min)

For example, “love” (this is solely up to you)

a)     Ask yourself some questions to explore each value

How do you talk to people?
How do you talk to yourself?
How much time do you allow love to be present?
How do I recognize love?


b)     Note down some definitions for yourself

Love means to look other people in the eyes while speaking
Love means to have quality time together without distraction
Love means to allow myself time for myself

Etc


c)     On a scale from 1-10 (1 = less, 10 = high), how present is this value expressed in my life already. Acknowledge also if it’s less (as per your expectation). Can you accept this for now? Do you want to change this?

2)     5:20 min – Muscle testing if our subconscious holds resistance (5-10 min)

 

Rub your thumb and index finger together and test for each value.

 

Smooth means flow, relaxation

Sticky means resistance, blockage

 

This helps us to tap into the resistance and see what holds us back and frustrates us.

3)     11: 38 min – Tapping into the feelings, the sensations inside of our bodies and becoming aware of limiting thoughts, and fears (10 min each)

 

This is all about allowing yourself to be with these sensations, and thoughts and say “I see you. I acknowledge you.”

 

Feel free to do this with each of your values, however this comes to you. The more we understand our emotional language, the more we can navigate ourselves.
