Welcome to Day 3, 

 

Till now you shall have a clear picture of your values, priorities and if you are in alignment with these values or if there may be an unconscious block.

Now, let’s get creative! This is all about how we can bring this foundation into our lives. Again, this is about consistent self-reflection. Change only happens when we start moving.

I suggest picking the value that is most important, maybe it’s the one which seems far away from today, and defining small action steps to increase the number (1 = less, 10 = high).

 

The time is up to you, approximately 45 minutes.

 

This chapter contains:
 
 

1)     2:49 – Honest self-evaluation (5 min)

 

Sit with your values ranked by priority and also a number 1-10 on how much this is already integrated into your life. Which one is the one to move forward?

2)     4:13 min – Acceptance, decision to change (10 min)

 

This is all about bringing clarity to our motivation and setting the pathway for change. Congratulate yourself on a new endeavor and moving to your authentic self.

3)     7:42 min – 3 steps on how to increase my priority 1 value (5 min)

 

New habits can be fun. Get creative. Which little steps can I take to increase this value?

4)     10:28 min – Creating my values card (20 min)

 

The idea is to create a values card (if you like to use one of my layouts, click here), maybe saving it on the phone to be present and stay in our awareness.

5)     12:55 min – Daily self-reflection 7 things “I am proud of…”, “I forgive myself…”, “I let go of…” (10 min)

 

This is the invitation to get into your authentic self, be proud of yourself, and equally make space every day. The suggestion is to do this daily. The more you resist, the more you may want to go for it.
