Kelly Tshibaka

Kelly Tshibaka is a born and raised Alaskan with 17 years of leadership experience in government and national security oversight roles. In 2022, she ran as the Republican nominee for U.S. Senate in Alaska's first Ranked Choice election. 

Previously, she served as the Chief Data Officer of the U.S. Postal Service Office of the Inspector General, the Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, and Office of the Director of National Intelligence, overseeing 17 national security agencies through reducing bureaucracy, cutting costs, and holding government insiders accountable. 

She returned home to serve as the Commissioner of Administration for Governor Dunleavy at the start of 2019, during which she led COVID mitigation strategies for the State's workforce. 

Kelly has degrees from Harvard Law School and Texas A&M University. In her free time, she enjoys being a mom to 5 wonderful kids.
