00:27 Begin by finding a comfortable seated position and resting your hands on your      knees, with palms facing upwards. 
00:33 Take three deep breaths, exhaling through your open mouth. 
00:38 Next, take a moment to express gratitude for everything you have today and focus on what you're thankful for. 
00:48 Breathe in positive energy and imagine it entering your body through the top of your head. 
00:56 As you breathe out, imagine that positive energy flowing through your body, down to your limbs, and out through the tips of your toes, washing away any negative thoughts, energy, and emotions that do not serve you. 
01:08 Take three deep breaths, exhaling through your open mouth. 
01:20 Next, take a moment to express gratitude for everything you have today and
focus on what you're thankful for. 
01:29 Breathe in positive energy and imagine it entering your body through the top of your head. 
01:37 As you breathe out, imagine that positive energy flowing through your body, down to your limbs, and out through the tips of your toes, washing away any negative thoughts, energy, and emotions that do not serve you. 
01:53 Continue this visualization for a few more deep breaths. 
01:59 Finally, take three final breaths with an open mouth and exhale.
