Ep 35 Raechal Martin CFT Healing the body
Much like a battery the human body needs to recharge. We are all energy and we are all made up of one working nervous system. Craniosacral therapy has so many benefits for adults AND babies! I have seen the most "coliky" baby become so peaceful and happy after just one session so I am a HUGE fan of using this postpartum. CFT was something new to me. Raechal wanted to do a session on my C Section scar and then talk about how I felt after. I knew if she felt that strongly about the work and I needed to try it out. I thought I had done a ton of work on my scar. All the cupping, meditation, somatic healing, and even lymph massage.... but I never felt such a profound healing so quickly than I did when she hooked me up to the electrons plus machine and began her session on me.
She is intuitive, caring, and knowledgeable of healing on such a deep level. If you live in the Austin area you MUST make an appointment to visit her! Everyone should feel this incredible feeling. I had such a fun time talking about the human body with her!
