Sometimes there are certain outcomes that we think are a given in our lives.   Things we just expect are going to happen at some point, and for many of us - it's having babies! 

Today is Part 1 of our conversation exploring fertility and what happens when you don't get the outcome you thought you so desperately wanted.

The assumptions people make about us and women in general...

How our culture values women...

Re-evaluating where our sense of purpose and worth comes from when we don't tick the boxes on the cultural measuring stick... 

And moving from a space of panic and desperation - to equilibrium.  

It's a reflective conversation about the challenges on the fertility journey, the internal shifts and the life changing transformation we can experience by being present to our own journeys.
