S4 E2 - Make peace with all the women you once were

How many times have you looked back at previous versions of yourself and felt regret, shame or criticism for decisions you’ve made, how you’ve shown up in the world, for repeating old survival patterns and not learning the lessons sooner…

For not knowing what you couldn’t have known before grew wiser. 

Today we’re chatting about the f-word. Yep forgiveness. 

Or maybe it’s more a case of radical acceptance for what was. For the many versions of ourselves, the beautiful and flawed women we have been.

It’s time to make peace with all of the women we once were.
