Sheila Kirwan First Aid, Cookery, Sport and Volunteering

This month we hear from Sheila Kirwan, a well-known community member. Her Culinary skills and commitment to providing first aid, CPR, and AED training has brought her into contact with many community members. She is a willing volunteer with many of our voluntary groups who regularly exploit her gifts and talents.
