  • I stay committed to my to-do list and the tasks that actually move the needle.
  • I follow intermittent fasting—two meals only, no random snacking.
  • I train my body, move daily, and build strength and fitness.
  • I focus with intensity—no distractions, no scrolling, no wasting time.
  • I work fast, take breaks, and keep my energy steady throughout the day.
  • I maintain a healthy work-life balance without burning out.
  • I measure my habits and behaviors so I can track progress and stay motivated.
