This show is for entrepreneurs who want to play bigger in business and in life and I just want to say thank you all for tuning in today. I always appreciate you listening to our show and today I want to address one of the most common questions I get from a lot of you guys and entrepreneurs in general. How do you know Raquel? when it's time to hire a coach. Let me ask you, have you ever felt stuck in your business? Do you find yourself wondering what are the next steps despite having all the ideas? Believe me, it is the most common struggle entrepreneurs face today. We often think we have it all figured out or that our experience is enough. But here's the truth. Even the most successful entrepreneurs or the most successful agents at the top of their game rely on coaches and mentors. I personally work with multiple coaches and participate in several mastermind groups. every single year. This year alone, I hired a content YouTube video coach, a personal business coach, just for our coaching operations inside of our business. And now I'm in a content group coaching program and also in a wealth mastermind group. All just because of our coaching business and of course, building that legacy. And some of you guys may think, wow, Raquel, that's a lot. And I think you have to figure out what you need the most. And I've always had multiple coaches and I didn't start that way. It. actually over the years have built up to go, what do I need right now? And as you could probably see, my focus is on the marketing side, on the video side, and just getting content a little bit more dialed in because I felt like we were doing the same type of content every single day. So if you are full of ideas, lots of ideas, but struggle to turn them into action, and you're not exactly where you want to be, this podcast is for you. Stick around as we explore the signs that indicate it might be time. It's just time to hire a coach for your business. Did you know that many successful businesses hire coaches to achieve like that big growth curve or like that big hockey stick, not only professionally in their business, but also But also what you'll find is a lot of them also grow their personal goals. Whether you are a brand new entrepreneur or an agent or even a seasoned agent that's got lots of accolades under their belt, having a coach or having an advisor can make such a big difference. So how do you know when actually when right now in this moment It's time to hire a coach. I've broken it down to five signs that tell you it might be time to hire a coach. Starting with number one, you've got great ideas and a large vision, but you can't seem to put them into action. Anyone that's ever feel that way? You've tried so many different strategies. You've listened to podcasts and you're like, Oh my gosh, I love that idea. I'm going to do it. But a couple months later in, it's not done. Or you're on YouTube figuring some things out or on Google, and maybe you've even sought out advice, but you're still not seeing the results in your business. If you're ready to take your business to the next level, but are unsure of how you're actually going to get there, that right there could be a clear sign that a coach could provide you the guidance that you need. The last time I hired a coach, I had access to so many courses and yes, I could have gone through every single course and sometimes I will do that and put the thing on 2x, 2. 5x, 3x speed just to get through all the courses and I had the vision but I didn't know the order of what to focus on first and that's a very common thing when you're building something that you've never built before because you've got to understand the order and the steps And like I say, everyone could have the right ingredients, the right tools, the right CRM, the right software, but it's the recipe. It's the order that actually makes a difference. Number two is you feel stuck and frustrated. You feel stagnant despite of the ambitions that you have and it's So frustrating. You feel like you're doing everything, but you're like, why can I not get the results? Why am I not further along? And when you have a coach on your side, they can help you analyze the options, they can create an actionable plan, and you can actually regain control of your journey. And sometimes your coaching call may just be a simple clarity coaching call, because clarity is power. When we are clear about strategy, We can stay focused and focus and attention is your most valuable asset in the business. Number three is you're working way too many hours and yet you don't feel like you're making a difference. Sometimes we get into the habit of like, Oh my gosh, I could just do this myself rather than teach somebody because it would take too much time and I'm already behind and we get caught up working longer hours. Guess what? I'm so guilty of that too, but As a CEO, you start to ask yourself, why did I hire people if I have to do more work? And now I'm managing people. Not only do I have a workload, but I'm doing it myself. And now I've got another body that I've got to manage to make sure that they're doing the work that I've asked them to do. Right? That's where you start to slow your business down and you start to feel stuck. And sometimes we equate success to long hours. And there was, a period of time where I felt that if I worked longer hours, I will be successful. And I think working longer hours and having the wrong strategy or having team members that may be too new might not necessarily get you to where you want to go. When you start sacrificing personal time without seeing meaningful results, This is where a coach can help you see your inefficiencies in the business and can help you actually delegate things to the right person. Nine out of 10 times when you create more efficiencies in your business, this is where your business really starts to turn and it really starts to grow. Number four is you want to save time and get results. You are looking for results. If you don't know, results are my love language, right? you know, people have figured it out before you. So a coach can save you valuable time and money by just providing you insights and strategies based on their experience. I can't even tell you how much I have saved over the years just by hiring coaches and mentors. It doesn't matter what stage you're at in your business. There is so much value when you can have someone right by your side that can connect all the dots for you. Sometimes I go, Raquel, I just want to basically find somebody that I could just brain dump all my ideas, which I do for a lot of my clients because they're entrepreneurs at heart. They have lots of ideas, so they'll just brain dump all the challenges, everything that they've got, and we'll map it out. This is what we got to work on in the next couple of days. This is what we got to work on in a couple of weeks, and this is what the big picture looks like. Number five is you want to grow your business, serve more clients and impact more people. Coaches are there to ask you those tough questions and they will call you out on your excuses. So investing in a coach is an investment in yourself and your future success. I know it could be scary. I know it could be intimidating, but it will be the best thing that you will ever do because It will push you out of your comfort zone and sometimes your coach will connect you with people that can actually open doors for you, which can also shortcut the path. Remember, it just isn't about financial success. It's about creating that meaningful change and becoming the best version of yourself. of you and the best version for your business. The best coaches that I've ever had are the ones that are not transactional, but the ones that were very relationship based, that expanded my network, that gave me even more opportunities. outside of what we were already installing in our business. So just to recap, here are five signs that it might be time to hire a coach for your business. Number one is you've got great ideas, but you struggle to implement them. Number two, you feel stuck and frustrated. Number three, you're overworking without seeing results. Number four, you want to save time and achieve results faster.
