I randomly found Perry my Apple will sometimes suggest podcasts to me that are similar to the ones that I listen to and she popped up and I listened to maybe about like 20 of her episodes, and these episodes are bite-sized. You can listen to them on, you know, in the car or when you're getting dressed in the morning. It's that little bit of like motivation and mindset, you know, starting your day off with a good mindset. And I told her. I said, you know, like that's what her podcast has done for me. The first thing that I do every single morning is put on a podcast like something motivational to get me up, get me going, and, you know, keep me, keep me on track, and that's what her podcast did for me. So, you guys, I have Perry Richardson on the show. I hope you guys enjoy it. Thank you so so much for returning for season two. It's going to be bigger and better. Speaker 2:

Thank you so much for having me. Hello everyone, I'm super hyped for this episode. Let's do it.

Speaker 1:

Oh my gosh. I wanted to share you with my listeners. So bad, because on other episodes we've talked about, like, the importance of mindset, and most of the women that listen to my podcast are entrepreneurs and I'm pretty sure you would agree. The first thing that you need to change if you're getting into any type of entrepreneurial position or career is your mindset, and we've talked about that before.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, absolutely Literally. Like mindset is everything. Like mindset is queen, because I could give you the strategy all day long. But if you don't believe that you can do it, if you don't believe that the actions you take are going to be worth it, you're not going to take action. You're going to sit probably on the couch watching Netflix, having a glass of wine, just chilling, instead of actually taking action in your business. So the whole thing is mindset first. You have to believe of like what you're doing, the actions that you, the actions that you are taking, are going to lead to amazing results.

Speaker 1:

Absolutely, and we're going to, we're going to unpack that because there was, as you were saying, like, as you were just saying that I was thinking of like so many other things to like branch off of that. We're going to, we are totally going to talk about that. But, first and foremost, if you if for my listeners that don't know who you are, let's go into your story. How the heck did you become the mindset babe and a life coach and all of the things Like did you have like this, like spiritual awakening, like what happened? Talk?

Speaker 1:

about like the early stages of Perry.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I love that so much. So I started my Instagram I would say like journey. Um, I was a content creator first, so I created a lot of like content. First I really wasn't a business owner and I gained a lot of my following from the music festival scene. I spent a lot of my early twenties traveling across the country going to just music festivals and I grew my following just having like great, like festival fashion, like outfits, and so I really grew my following into that. And then just listening to podcasts I think everyone loves like Amy Porterfield, but I just listening to her I'm like, oh my goodness, like you can make a digital course. And so I had a lot of girls asking me like, how did you grow your following? How did you have get paid brand deals? I actually went to a couple of music festivals for free, which was like such an amazing experience. So people are like how are you doing this? So I started a course on how to become content creator to a paid influencer and I did that. That was 2001. And I did that for a whole year and it was like such a great experience.

Speaker 2:

But I realized I didn't want to do Instagram influencing coaching anymore because I felt so much pressure of like. I have to grow my following, I need to get likes, and it was just a lot of pressure for me and I realized that all the things that I'm coaching the girls to do, like, I can tell you to post on Instagram. But if you don't believe that, people will like it. If you don't believe that, like aunt Sally's going to say something bad about you, like, you have to have the confidence to show up. And so I realized it's easy to grow on Instagram. You just need to post. What's stopping you from posting is your mindset and the thoughts about you posting that content. And I was like I really want to just talk about mindset. So I did a whole rebrand to the mindset. Babe, I actually got this idea from a meditation. So I love Gabby Bernstein. She's one of my favorite spiritual teachers and she has a book.

Speaker 2:

Oh my goodness, I'm totally spacing it right now. Oh no, it's going to come to you.

Speaker 1:

The universe has your back. Which one? I have them all.

Speaker 2:

It's like spirit guides and angels. Why am I losing it? Oh my goodness. But anyway it's going to come to me in the middle of the podcast. She has a chapter in the book, a meditation to speak with your spirit guides, like people that passed away from your lineage. And so I did the meditation, I spoke to my spirit guides and after the meditation she has you like right, and what I received in that meditation was that I should do the mindset babe. And it was so crazy. It was like the mindset, the mindset, the mindset babe 100K downloads, 100k downloads.

Speaker 2:

Pink simple, the mindset babe, self-love, confidence manifestation. You got this, do it. And I was just like I have to try this out, like this is so crazy. I literally just got this message from the universe and I tried it out and it was so crazy. So my previous podcast, my previous like branding, was productivity meets party and I was having like less than a hundred people listening to that podcast. The moment I changed my brand to the mindset babe, I went to having like less than a hundred people to having like 10,000 people listen to the podcast and literally one episode, just one episode rebrand of the mindset babe and it just kind of took off and I was just like, holy shit, this manifestation thing really works, like there's actually divine creation, god, universe, spirit, whatever you believe in, we all love it here, but they are willing to assist and help us. And ever since then I've really just gotten more obsessed with manifestation and mindset and all the good things. That's my story.

Speaker 1:

Wait, did you say that happened last year, in 2023, or when did you have that download from your spirit guides?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that was 2022 in December and then I officially rebranded I think it was like the last week of January 2023. So it's been about, I guess, a year and a couple of months since I officially found the rebrand.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and you already just exploded your podcast. I mean that's incredible, because people don't get those types of downloads until after about two to three years. But because you took that download from your guides and they assisted you like, hey, do this and you're going to be successful. And then you did it, and then you actually did become successful. That's all it takes, right? So that's that's incredible. That is absolutely just crazy. And so, after the podcast, when did you decide to get into life coaching? And so cause did? Did that come first? Or was that um, like with the podcast, where you're just like I can see myself coaching women, or even I don't know if you do just coach women or just are men too?

Speaker 2:

Um, everyone, but mostly I target to women. But, like men's, mental health is so important, also, like I'm here to help all the humans.

Speaker 1:

Okay, so when did you start life coaching? And then how did you get into that?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, so how I. So I originally started off like doing social media coaching. So that's how I was introduced to the coaching world and then realizing so at that time I was really into. I had so much more inside of me that I had so much like potential that I needed to stop doing this. And so I really got into life coaching, just learning how to change my bad habits, how to stop over drinking, how to stop using drugs, and that was really like my first.

Speaker 2:

I feel like masterclass and like life and like changing habits, because I feel like social media coaching was just more, more action, more posting the marketing, but like actually going through a life challenge that was bugging just me and affecting all my family. My skin, my eczema got like so bad my face was literally like flicking off. If you go to my Instagram the period mindset babe it's actually a pin photo of what my skin looked like, cause I was just over drinking, overeating, not taking care of myself and I was like something needs to change. So I did a coaching membership and it completely changed my world and after that I was like I want to teach mindset. I kind of knew doing like the social media coaching that I didn't want to do this anymore and I wanted just to do life and mindset coaching. But I had the limiting belief like how can I help someone if I can't help myself? And so once I truly helped myself, I was like, okay, like I can actually really help other people, make a bigger difference.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, like fix, fix what you have that you have to do for yourself, and then turn around and help the next person in line.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's awesome.

Speaker 1:

Have you always been a spiritual person or has this all been recent, with your recovery and stuff like that? Like when did, when did you become this like spiritual person?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, um, I love this question because so I'm originally Baptist but I never, like, went to church or anything. And when I was in seventh grade, my mom came home with like just our newspaper and it was an ad for my temple. So I'm Jewish and I remember being in seventh grade, my mom's like I'm going to go to the temple and check it out. This is my own journey. If you want to come, come. And I was like, yeah, you know, I'll check it out. And the moment I walked in my temple I just felt like I was supposed to be there, I felt like I was home, and so I was really religious, and I wouldn't say religious, but like I did religious school and I had my bat mitzvah, had my confirmation, um, but I was really, I guess, more involved in temple.

Speaker 2:

My middle school, like high school, then going to college and just seeing the world. And you're like, does God really exist? Like life is so fucked up, like what's even happening. I think a lot of religious people are so negative and so judgmental so it's like I don't even want to like be in that, like that's not not the whole point, and so I kind of just stepped away from religion. And then I would say 2022, I picked up like my first spirituality book. It was like Abraham Hicks and at the time I was babysitting and the mom was like I really think you wouldn't like this. It was ask and you shall receive by abraham hicks and I was like, okay, I'll read it. And then I just got obsessed with that and then just started learning more about manifestation. But that's really when I, I guess, went back into I guess, religion, spirituality was like at that point. But after the podcast, hearing my guides, I'm healing my skin and my addiction. I'm just like, so addicted you can see it's real.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, it's yeah. If you see something that traumatic change, you know addiction, your skin, everything, your health, it just it's all right. There it's kind of evidence that like, hey, this stuff really does work. And abraham hicks, like that, she is amazing. I've read all her books too. I have them all in. But it's so crazy that that was your first like introduction to manifestation, because she is hardcore. Yeah, um, yeah, so well, abraham, uh, you know, if you guys don't know who abraham hicks is, just google her. Uh, she's a channeler. So I know we've had like mediums and psychics on my, on my podcast before, so my listeners are probably very open to that.

Speaker 2:

But, um, no, that's, she's very hardcore yeah, when I read that book, yeah, when I read that book I was like a channel, he's entities. I was like wait what it's weird.

Speaker 1:

I love the stuff that Esther channels with Abraham. It's just, but it's like for that to be your initial introduction to manifestation. I was like, oh, that's hardcore. For me it was the secret, which is like the very watered down version of manifestation was the secret, like every other basic girl, you know it's like. Oh, I discovered manifestation from the book the secret. But, you were like Nope Esther and Abraham.

Speaker 2:

I'm just like I'm going for it.

Speaker 1:

Hard core stuff. Oh my gosh, that's crazy, tell me where. Where did you grow up? Cause I right now you live in Nevada, right? Where did you grow up? Because you seem this like this free spirited person anyway, especially cause like when I look at you, you just like when you're very photogenic so I can tell like you know how to take a photo and it's like you look so free spirited and you with the music festivals and stuff like that, that's usually like a California girl kind of thing, so it throws me off. Where did you grow up?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, las Vegas. I'm actually originally from Arizona. I grew up in Scottsdale but I lived in Las Vegas since third grade, so raised pretty much. But yeah, I love living here. When I grew up here I was like I like grew up here, I was like I'm gonna leave Las Vegas, I'm going to California. It sucks, but, being over 21, it's a great city to live in. I love it.

Speaker 1:

I love that, oh my gosh. And so, yeah, because it's crazy. Because, like, when you started mentioning like music festivals and stuff like that, and I was like, because I grew up in California and then, right before I moved to Texas, I was living in Southern California, so we're used to all the music festivals going on in the desert over in, you know, palm Springs and stuff like that. So I was like, did she go up over there? Cause, yeah, oh my gosh. And okay, so back to the mindset stuff. So you get this download, you act on it. You know, we've talked about that on the podcast.

Speaker 1:

Here too is like acting on your intuition and everything is just falling into place for you. So you start um, for my listeners who don't know this, don't know who you are, she offers free coaching calls too. So now you have this successful podcast, you're offering coaching calls, are you like, do you offer like full-time coaching If somebody wanted to sign up for you? Because they're like, hey, like I need to fix my mindset before I go into this type of business or before I start here, like, what do you do? Talk about your business.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah, I love that. So I do the free coaching calls. I love the free coaching calls just because it gives you literally we talk about what you want. That's the first thing of manifestation is really deciding, declaring to the universe what you want and then creating like that action game plan for you. So you leave the coaching call with like a whole knowing what you want, a mindset shift and a plan, and like I love it Cause it's like here's what you need to do.

Speaker 2:

But yes, I work with my clients for like a long time. I do six months, Cause it truly takes 90 days to fix a habit and so I want to make sure everyone's equipped and you're ready to go and you maintain the results that you have. But with the um coaching, um, what we would do together, it's pretty much what we would talk about. The free coaching call I always offer that, first to see if we're a good fit and then we create that game plan and then during the six months we do the game plan together. You have the accountability and we meet every week and you get daily support. And I do meditations and hypnosis to really rewire your subconscious mind and your mindset. But I always offer the free coaching call, just so you see exactly what we would do together. And if you're like hell, yeah, I'm down, then we could totally work together long-term. I would love that.

Speaker 1:

That's awesome. So what kind of clients do you have like come to you Like? I know you probably get a broad spectrum like entrepreneurs, nine to five people like. Tell me about your like. What kind of clients are you coaching at the moment?

Speaker 2:

Yeah. So I one of my clients. She is a stay at home mom and also an online coach, so helping her just navigate being a mom is a job itself. So having her being a mom and working her business. I have a couple of clients really just wanting to love themselves, like they feel like they're not good enough, they don't believe in themselves. They just talk shit pretty much to themselves about their body, about their personality, and so they know that they deserve self-love and they want to give themselves that love so they could give that love to other people. So I have a couple of clients doing that. I do have a couple of clients who are like building their influencer, like social media. So I still kind of do a little bit of like the social media coaching. I truly believe my mission is to help women fulfill their universal assignment. And when I say universal assignment, like you are here for a reason you're here for you have an assignment on this planet in this lifetime of yours.

Speaker 2:

you have a universal assignment, so I hope my clients fulfill that.

Speaker 1:

So if it's finding, love, I have another girl. Yes, that right there. Sorry, a light bulb just went off. Break it down, unpack that. How the hell do we find our life assignment? I feel like I'm constantly, always trying to figure out like, why am I here? Like, you know, but like, how do you do that? Oh my gosh, Like I'm sorry, I had to like that was just too good.

Speaker 2:

Tell us more. Yeah, I truly believe the goals that we have, the things that we want to achieve in our lives. So if it's like with you having like an amazing podcast and having all the reviews and you having like a huge audience or someone wanting to start a business, like the goals, like the secret dreams that you have, I truly believe that your dreams and desires are the roadmap to your destiny. So maybe it's not something big and grand like starting a business and, you know, being on the internet, but maybe it's just like the dream of like I want to find love, I want to start a family.

Speaker 1:

So how? But how do you do it? Do you do it through? Like if I came to you and I was like I just feel so stagnant and stuck and lost, what's the first thing that you would tell me to do? Is it like read a certain book? Is it to meditate? Is it to listen to like subliminals, like cause I know we talked about on another podcast that I did a solo episode on was like the reticular activating system, which I know is like step number one. What would you tell me if I said like hey, you didn't know me and we're like, what do I do?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I'd really see like what do you want?

Speaker 1:

What if I said I, for example, I want to be a successful podcaster and I want to run a successful real estate business, but I don't have the mindset. I don't even know if I'm called to do this work.

Speaker 2:

If you're thinking about doing it, that means you're called to do it, end of story. If it's a dream in your heart, that is your destiny. That's like the roadmap. Those are the steps, the podcasts, the real estate Like those are the steps, steps for you to become your future self, for you to fulfill your universal assignment. So we know that that's the things you want to do, that's your universal assignment. And the second thing is just like the mindset piece, like what do you even think you're missing? Like what do you need to believe in about yourself for you to become a successful podcast host, to run the real estate business? And figuring out what you need to believe and then really seeing why you don't believe that and then breaking down those limiting thoughts in those beliefs you don't believe that and then breaking down those limiting thoughts in those beliefs.

Speaker 1:

And what if I said I had a fear of failing? Or like what if I was like I don't, I, what would my friends think? You know what I mean. Like, cause I know. Like before I even started the podcast I was super worried about that. I'm like what the hell are people going to think? Because now my secrets, my life, everything's out there. So, yeah, like, how would you fix that? Is like that fear of one failing too is like what are people going to think about me? Cause I'm sure there's women out there that want to do this and you know they. They asked me like how, how did you find the courage to start a podcast? Like what would you tell those girls Like right now listening, that have that on their heart to like go and pursue whatever the hell they want to do? That just seems like such a wild idea.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, absolutely. I love this because, like, yeah, people are probably going to talk shit about you. Like I could guarantee that someone is they are yeah absolutely.

Speaker 2:

But at the same time, do not let anyone determine your destiny, the things that you do, the things that you say, the things that you wear. Do not let anyone tell you that that is your power, that was your, that's your choice, that you want to do Like, let people talk shit, let people be wrong about you, let the people say what they have to say. But at the end of the day, you're showing up for you, for a better life for yourself and for your family.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I like it. I like the fact that you said you know the, also like if, if. If it got put on your heart, it's there for a reason, don't second guess it. Do what you need to do to make every single thing that you have or you want to do. You know what you want to be successful and just do it.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, absolutely. And then also the part of people are going to say stuff to you Like I'm not going to lie, people might, but the mindset work is like but how are you going to treat yourself after that? Cause? You don't need to beat yourself on top of like the mean words, like you don't need to bully yourself if you of like the mean words, like you don't need to bully yourself if you're already getting bullied, like this is a time where you need to love and support yourself, not tear yourself down.

Speaker 1:

And we're going to unpack what we originally talked about when we first started this interview. Why the mindset? First, because I know why, but for everybody listening, why do you need to change your mindset before you do anything, to change your life, before you jump into any type of career entrepreneur Like? What is it about your mindset that that is so important to change?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it's so important because your mindset. So to me, the mindset is just a collection of thoughts that you have about a subject and so when it comes to taking action, like doing the things, if you have negative thoughts about doing the things, most of the time you won't actually take the action. But if you have those negative thoughts and like resistance towards the thing and if you're still taking action, it's not going to feel good to you. So, like the biggest thing for me, why I use mindset, is because I have these big goals and I don't want to hate myself while doing them. Like I want to have the mindset of love and care for myself and I want to like enjoy it. You can go to I'm trying to think of an example but like taking action can either be fun and super easy or really hard and just not it. And what makes it hard and easy is your mindset.

Speaker 1:

Mm-hmm, and I think, like, the sooner you start changing over your mindset and like having like dropping the fear, fear failing, dropping the fear of what are people going to think of me, the imposter syndrome, or whatever the the easier it's you're gonna, you're going to be able to get over those obstacles a little bit easier. So when the time does come where you are being tested or challenged, you know, with a, with a roadblock, um, it's, you got to hold on to your faith, you got to hold on to your mindset and think of like okay, well, failure is part of success. So most people would drop out at that point. If you have a really shitty mind, mindset and you come to your first roadblock and you're freaking out, that's when everybody leaves, that's when everybody gets out and they're like well, it's not for me. I guess it wasn't meant to be.

Speaker 1:

But having the right mindset, listening to the right podcast hence Perry's podcast having the right everything, the mentality, can actually get you around that roadblock a hell of a lot easier, because you're like no, this is part of it, this is just a roadblock, we're not going to do that anymore. We're going to pivot and we're going to go this way and we're going to continue on. So that's why I think, like a lot of entrepreneurs don't last too long only because of the roadblocks. They think that when they approach one, that it's just hey, I guess it wasn't meant to be, it's not working out versus oh hell, no, Like I know, I'm just going to go around this roadblock and we're going to continue on, so yeah.

Speaker 2:

I absolutely love that, especially like the whole failure. So I feel like the typical mindset, what our brains default is, is like I don't want to fail. I don't want to fail in a mindset shift. I want to give you guys on the audience, like, but what if we plan to fail? I create every single year a fail plan and I'm supposed to fail. Like this podcast interview is freaky. I'm like what if I don't do good? I'm like, oh, like, but you plan to fail, like you plan to fuck up. You plan to mess up every podcast episode. I'm like what do you? What are people going to think? You're doing this? To fail, to look stupid, to look shitty to you know, say the wrong thing, to embarrass yourself. The whole point is to fail, and so when your brain offers you this, like oh, but you're going to fail, yeah, that's the whole point. That's why I'm doing this.

Speaker 1:

If you if you go to any successful podcasters um, early, early episodes, including mine it took me a while Even I'm only on episode like 26, but if you go to anybody, you'll see like they weren't perfect, anybody you could go to, like Gabby Bernstein or any other podcaster out there. Go back to like episode one, two and three and it wasn't great, but that's them putting it out there. Go back to like episode one, two and three and it wasn't great, but that's them putting it out there. You have to learn and you're going to fail, but if you stay consistent and you keep pushing through, you're only going to get better, cause that's what you know consistency is key, mindset is key. So I mean the first like oh my gosh, the first, the first two or three episodes of my podcast were horrendous.

Speaker 2:

Oh yeah, mine too so bad.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I felt like I was like I couldn't relax and I was like I had to wrap my mind around. I was just like, no, this is just a conversation, Just you know, between two girls. And then, but no, eventually it does get better. But, like you said, it's okay and I didn't care. I had the mindset of like I don't care, it's going to suck.

Speaker 2:

I don't care if anybody listens.

Speaker 1:

I don't care if, like, 20 people listen, I don't care if a thousand people listen. It's going to suck and I'm okay with it sucking.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's the mindset you need. It's like it's going to be bad and I'm okay with it, like I'm planning for it to suck. I like that you said like no one's going to listen to it. And I want to put this like some people are like I need like a hundred likes and all this engagement and like all the things. But like, how many times are you willing to fail for you to gain your audience? Like, how many posts are you willing to make to get your audience side? How many consult calls are you going to do for you to get your full client roster? Like you have to be willing to fail. How many dates are you willing to go on to find the person of your dreams?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, and then a lot of people that will. When we have the following on Instagram, then I'll start my podcast, or when I have enough money, then I'm going to be an influencer on Instagram and stuff like that or whatever. It's like they're waiting on something to happen in order for them to actually start what they actually want to do, what they really are passionate about. Don't wait, start early. That's what I tell all my girlfriends If they want to get into something. I'm just starting out. Well, I don't feel like I would be good at it right now. I need to wait until A, b and C and I'm like no, you need to start now, otherwise you're never going to do it. You're never going to jump into it.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, absolutely Like for me. Like I had productivity meets party like my first branding and I did 89 episodes of that and I had to get 89 episodes worth of stumbling over my words and not knowing what I was doing and still being unsure. Spiritual awakening with this meditation for me to do a whole rebrand, like my podcast has gone through a whole rebrand. I've had two different theme songs and three different podcast covers like and I'll probably have more. I'll probably change it up some more and that's okay.

Speaker 1:

There's nothing wrong with that, because as you evolve, your brand's going to evolve.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

And so will your audience. And so for anybody, yeah, thinking about doing like a rebrand and they're worried that like, oh, maybe I'll lose some followers or I'll lose like listeners and stuff. Like it doesn't matter, the right people will stick by your side, the right you will attract the right people. And yeah, if you are called to rebrand, you know, then do it, so you can't be afraid of that. I want to do the same thing. I just I don't know what I want to do, but I do also feel called to like completely rebrand the podcast, even though I'm still in my early stages of it. But I'm like we can do better, but at least I started it.

Speaker 1:

You know, it wasn't perfect. It was really rocky, really sloppy and messy, but like, here we are already. I think, like I said, I'm already on episode like 26 and it's like I feel like, okay, like I got my bearing, I got the hang of this. But yeah, I wasn't ready. I had a business coach that told me to start a podcast and I was like, okay, here we go. That's literally how the whole thing happened.

Speaker 2:

So I, since you love Gabby, so the book is super attractor by Gabby Bernstein and that's where I got the meditation. So please do it. It might just change your whole life.

Speaker 1:

I love that book. I mean, I love all of her books, but super attractor. And then her latest book, oh my gosh, oh I haven't read that one yet, oh, it's happy days, is it?

Speaker 1:

good, Happy days. It talks about her early stages of like addiction and how she got through everything. It is an incredible book and even for anybody listening who doesn't have an addiction problem or whatever, it goes so much deeper into that and she relates to everybody. But she uses her past of going through AA and therapy and all that stuff to kind of like talk about like you know how we pretty much all have an addiction. It doesn't have to specifically be drugs and alcohol, but it can be other things too, and there's obviously sex addiction, there's electronic addiction, like. There's so much other stuff. So the book is predominantly on addiction and it is so good. It is one of like like just get it on audible, because she narrates it and I love listening to her voice and the way she reads the book.

Speaker 1:

It's so real because when the book starts to get a little emotional, you can hear it in her voice. And I love listening to her um talk about those like really emotional times because you can just hear, just you know, the the, the emotion behind it.

Speaker 2:

So everybody needs to listen.

Speaker 1:

It's so good, oh my gosh. So for all of my listeners that want to like follow you and listen to you, obviously we we did mention um your the pod. Uh, your podcast is the mindset, uh the Bain podcast. Sorry for everybody listening.

Speaker 2:

It's nine o'clock at night yeah.

Speaker 1:

I'm sorry, tired, no, but like, and so I'm going to add all that in the notes. But I want my listeners to one follow you and if you are interested in her coaching, I want you guys to sign up with her and just have that coaching call with her. How can they reach out to you? Your Instagram Are you on? I follow you on Instagram, but are you on Facebook? What do? What do my listeners have to do to schedule a free coaching call with you?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, so you can go to my website. So, wwwmindsetbabecoach. So coach like C-O-A-C-H. Coach forward, slash call. So, mindsetbabecoach, forward slash call. Follow me on Instagram, the period mindsetbabe. I would love to connect with you there. I post daily inspiration on my story on my feed. I have like a little channel and I just love anything that I'm going through. I love to just share advice and knowledge and universal downloads that I have. And then the podcast, the mindset babe. I would love to have you over there. That's like my little baby. I put so much hard work into it and I'm very proud of the success and I can't wait for it to just even get bigger. So it's always a privilege and honor for anyone that listens to the podcast. I feel truly grateful. I think, since I got the idea from the universe that this is like a co-creation with me in the universe, and I truly believe, like every episode was meant for each person to hear in the right way, that it's a direct download from the universe to you to help you fulfill your universal assignment.

Speaker 1:

I honestly feel like you are, you're. You got added to my list of like morning podcasts. Like the first thing I do every single morning is I put on something a some sort of inspirational podcast is just to start my day. I get up early and I have to have something on immediately and I've added you to my list of just throwing something inspirational on. So anybody who has that morning routine where they're also listening to something, whether it's an audible book or a podcast, you got to add Perry Richardson to your, to your morning routine, because your, your, your content is really, really good and you are so inspirational, inspiring, and I love that you. Just you work on mindset and again, that's what I'm big on, too, is mindset, and it just adds like that extra little like morning happiness, I guess, and it's like I don't wanna be up at 5 am.

Speaker 1:

But no, it's so good and that's what I'm telling my listeners. Add her to the mix of all the other podcasts you listen to because, again, like, everybody should be listening to something inspirational first thing in the morning and that's what your podcast provides. And I think that's why, like I don't believe in accidents, I do believe everything happens for a reason where Apple podcasts, like suggested that I should listen to yours, and I was like a reason where Apple podcasts, like suggested that I should listen to yours and I was like, okay, let's check this girl out. And then it just all aligned. And as soon as I like discovered you and I followed you on Instagram, I was like this woman has to freaking be on my podcast. Like it's so good. So I appreciate you so, so much. Um, so yeah, everybody, I'm going to link all your stuff in the notes and everybody has to go follow you. I'm going to link all your stuff in the notes and everybody has to go follow you. I'm going to make everybody follow you, I love you so much.

Speaker 2:

Like thank you, like I'm so just like blessed to be alive with you at this moment in time, like, yeah, there's no accidents, Like me and you were supposed to meet, and I'm so blessed that the universe led us to this moment.
