Season 2. Episode 1: Pioneering the way to sustainability: Arbor School, Dubai
In Season 2 the goal was to introduce different perspectives related to Sustainability and Education.
In Episode 1, we had a great conversation with Brett Girven, Principal of Arbor School Dubai and learnt about ecosophy the principal that sustainabile schools are built on.
Have to admit, that I like how a sustainable school is different, and here are a few examples of the many:
- mindfulness is not a one off intervention program in the Arbor Community, but a series of programs offered throughout the year to strengthen the community that includes, teachers, parents and students, too;
- sustainability is interpreted in a broader context and does not only refer to the environment, but much more...
