Welcome back to picture love friends. I'm speaking to you from early July. 2024 right now. If you are not here about a month ago, listening to this podcast, you may not have heard a little montage. I compiled. When I attended a podcasting summit and I was surrounded by other super positive. Bright lights in this world, all coming together for the sake of learning, how to podcast or growing their podcast. Or connecting with others who podcast and for those who. Have never experienced podcasting, not you obviously. They really don't understand. The beautiful world of creators that come together and how they're using their voices to not only. Share knowledge and inspiration, but to bring others up. And so it's my pleasure today to give you a second collection. Of people who were so gracious to let me interview them right on the spur of the moment with no warning. And I asked them each how they're picturing love in their lives. And everybody's response. is going to be unique to them. Right. So listen to Elizabeth and see if you get the same visual that I got listening to her./ Hi, my name is Elizabeth Tiglao-Guss and my podcast name is By Chance Podcast. Elizabeth, tell me, how do you picture love?/ Um, picture love. I picture smiles. I picture laughter. I picture family. I picture traveling, nature, trees, ocean, sunset./ I feel like I just had a meditation and that, and how do you help your listeners picture love through your podcast? I help them see that there is so much more to life than the roles that we can embody. There is about being a mother, being a daughter, being a wife, but there is so much more than that. There's so much more to life. It's finding who I am, who you are, and then celebrating life for what it is, and including all the bads and the good stuff./ I was so grateful for this reminder, you know, life is just so busy, so fast, so ever changing. Elizabeth's response was such a reminder that we are so much more than the things we do. And I just love that she highlighted the opportunity to look inside. And see who we are being, not just what we are doing and how we're showing up in our many roles in the world. And now I can't wait for you to hear a little bit from one of my favorite podcasting people; miss Julia. Hi, I'm Julia, and I'm the host of the Life After Breath podcast./ Julia, how do you picture love? I am an intuitive healer, and I help people get in touch with their inner beings, and heal their energy and chakra, and bring them inner peace. And that's why they are always smiling when they finish with you. One thing you can count on. As in the show notes of this episode, I will be sure to link up all of the, Podcasts that you're hearing about. And one of the things that's made me a super fan of Julia's is her life after breath Podcast drops episodes daily and they are just their pocket size and she just reminds you to stop and breathe. And be present. And it's coming back to. Elizabeth message about who are we being? And I know that Julia thrives when it comes to helping people be fully in themselves. So now you are so lucky because you get to hear a voice of one of Julia's besties. Here. Shannon. Hi, I'm Shannon Danielle from the Pure Possibilities Podcast. Hey Shannon, I'm so happy to meet you. Tell me, how do you picture love? I picture love by aligning your head, heart, energy, and soul. And how do you do that? I do that as a life coach and an energy healer and through the podcast. That's so beautiful. Thank you so much./ After listening to Shannon's response to how she pictures. Love. I got so curious. I wanted to know more. So I went and listened to her latest episode and she was talking quite authentically as if you're literally sitting in her living room, talking to her over a cup of tea. And I love that. First of all. So it's no surprise to me that she and Julia are such close buddies, but. She brought up a topic that I thought was really. Back on topic for me and the work that I do, helping people picture love. And it's so relatable. She talks about suppressing emotions by sharing a personal story. And I do suggest you go back and listen to either Shannon's or all three of these beautiful women's shows. All of which I will link up in the show notes. So you can feed your curiosity with more positive thoughts, but. Shannon was talking about these emotions and, there's a countless number of reasons. Somebody might press down emotions. And when I'm working with people's pictures, it's, it's very obvious that there are a lot of emotions captured in them. Or triggered by them and not always. And I don't mean to make that sound negative at all because our emotions are beautiful resources that we get to use. To act on and to learn from, and to share in our storytelling, in our reminiscing. Sometimes those emotions. Can be a little overwhelming and the overwhelming might not even be about the memory and the image. It might be on the excess of them. And sometimes the emotions might be,"you know what? I haven't fully addressed that childhood pain" or I didn't slow down enough to really appreciate what a good job. So-and-so did" or, honoring yourself and your own achievements. So, you know, Elizabeth talking about who we're being, that really photos are a beautiful tool to help us pay more attention to who we're being at different stages of our lives and how we can look back and learn from them. And hopefully choose our very best thoughts going forward. And then Julia's work. I love every bit of it. And she always starts with the breath because quite honestly, when I'm not breathing. My focus has gone. I can't sing I mess up. Everything comes back to the breath. And then these thoughtful lessons that all of them are sharing. And this particular one from Shannon. Are all reasons why I'm going to keep this episode tidy and short for you. So that you can stay curious and dive in and hear another loving soul. Who's here to serve you wherever you are, or somebody who comes to mind that you want to share those. Resources with. So. I'm going to wrap this up right here and just say, you know what? Let me know how you are picturing love in your life. I'd love to hear the many different ways. There is no wrong answer. Every answer is valid for that person. And, check the notes so you can go listen to these beautiful souls. Until next time. Keep picturing love.
