CRIMINAL PROCEDURE #38 | Will the non compliance of S51A Criminal Procedure Code by the Prosecution make the trial a nullity ?
S51A is a newly inserted section to codified the responsibility of prosecution to submit a list of of documents to the accused before the commencement of the trial. Is S51A mandatory ? Must prosecution provides every single document that he has to the accused under S51A ?
