Charlene Gethons, Founder of The Mindfulness Journey, is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, mindfulness coach, motivational speaker, and therapist. In 2013, Charlene was hit by a bus, resulting in severe injuries and a traumatic brain injury. During her recovery, she discovered mindfulness, which transformed her life. Inspired by her own healing, she trained at the University of Massachusetts' Center for Mindfulness and now helps others overcome doubts and fears to live fully in the present.
