Beginning her journey at 15, Stephanie struggled with bulimia, binge-eating disorder, and orthorexia well into her thirties. Challenging diet culture just before her 40th birthday, she embarked on a transformative path that reshaped her relationship with food and her body. Now, Stephanie's mission is to help others find the same freedom and self-acceptance she discovered. With empathy and expertise, she offers coaching to support individuals in changing their lives and redefining societal perceptions of women.
