Stephanie Michele, a Certified Coach, Occupational Therapist, Intuitive Eating Counselor, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner IT, brings over 20 years of personal experience in recovering from body and food disorders to her practice. Beginning her journey at 15, Stephanie struggled with bulimia, binge-eating disorder, and orthorexia well into her thirties. Challenging diet culture just before her 40th birthday, she embarked on a transformative path that reshaped her relationship with food and her body. Now, Stephanie's mission is to help others find the same freedom and self-acceptance she discovered. With empathy and expertise, she offers coaching to support individuals in changing their lives and redefining societal perceptions of women.
