Although it's a simple question, it can be difficult at first because our human nature has us go straight to what is NOT going well, or what didn't work for us. The way I start every session sets the tone for where we will explore and what we will discuss during our time together and with practice, celebrating you, acknowledging your accomplishments, talking about what IS going well in your life....becomes a HABIT.
