In this episode, my guest is the energizing and hilarious Liz Svateck! We discuss the concept of being seen. She shares her incredible birth stories, and how she followed her intuition with her first birth, and even meditated on the C-section table at the birth of her son amidst complications.

Liz shares the wisdom that motherhood is a trust-fall, and how we invent along the way! In many ways, it led to her 'leap and the net will come' philosophy.

She discusses how she would tell her younger self to give herself time to explore with no judgement. 

Finally, she drops the wisdom about reclaiming our confidence, how babies are born wanting to be seen and are confident about their needs, and how even though confidence may erode over time as we grow, it's still always with us!
