Ever wondered how powerful self-affirmation can be in your journey to personal growth? Join me as we unpack the transformative process of recovery and the pivotal role love plays in it. Celebrating the halfway mark of our journey, we acknowledge the hard work you've invested in nurturing a new mindset. Recovery isn't just about overcoming; it's about embracing a mindset that shapes our interactions with the world and colors our personal experiences. This episode is all about love—not just romantic love but the kind of self-love that underpins every step of personal growth.

We explore the idea that love can be thought of as 'living on vibrational energy,' an acronym that serves as an affirmation of our self-worth. This conversation serves as a gentle reminder of your lovable nature, encouraging you to harness the power of the mind to effect positive change. It's not about achieving perfection; it's about recognizing that you are perfectly fine just the way you are. So, let this be your invitation to a beautiful day, a reminder that you are indeed lovable, and a call to action to continue down the path of recovery with a heart full of love for yourself and the world around you.

Questions this episode answer:
1. How can love contribute to personal growth and transformation?
2. What role does self-love play in the journey of recovery and self-improvement?
3. What are some affirmations or mindset shifts that can help me embrace my own lovable nature during times of struggle?

Yes, I'm back like I never left Two weeks down, guys, and it's been a great journey so far. You're halfway to your goal of building a new mindset and I'm super, super proud of you because you've been consistent, you've been actually putting in the work. Yeah, shout out to you, shout out to everybody in recovery. Man, it's a beautiful day to be in recovery. When I think about recovery, I think about the mind, I think about what we're doing, what we're processing, how we're processing information, and, yes, you can apply that to any single thing that's going on in your life, man. So it starts with the mindset. Remember that Day 15. Omg, we've been at this for a while, man. Love is on the menu menu.

00:43
Today, the word of the day is love. Man, how much love do you have in your life? How much love do you need in your life? For me, love is such a beautiful thing, is such a beautiful thing when it's shared between individuals. So love is great. It's a great thing to have when you think about your recovery. Gotta have love, okay. Have love, okay. If nothing else, love yourself, okay. So love, I am lovable.

01:09
Today, I want you to remind yourself how lovable you are. Yep, we've been through some things yes, we all have, but we still are lovable. Okay, you put in the work. That's where the results come from. So, living on vibrational energy, that's what the word of the day is. Love the acronym and the affirmation I am lovable. When you get stuck on your journey, just remind yourself you are lovable. Yeah, you know what I am lovable man. Forget what they saying. Okay, because people always got something to say. If you really really think about it, it's always going to be somebody saying something good, bad and sometimes even ugly about you, but that doesn't change you. What changes you is you, the mind, the how you process information. That's where change lives. So today, I want you to remind yourself, man, you're not perfect, but you are Okay. It's going to be a beautiful day.
