Good morning, happy week. Four Affirmations for recovery. This is a great way to start your morning and I like just starting my morning with you. Just, you know, fellowshipping, talking about recovery, talking about the word of the day, adding an affirmation or two to the day and putting a smile on your face. My goal every single morning is to put a smile on one person's face. Yes, so day 25. Peace, yes, we've been through a lot.

When you think about recovery, when you put, you know, pin to action, there's a lot that comes up. There's a lot of emotions that can stir up. And I have no firsthand because I am in recovery myself. I do a lot of work in the recovery space. I work with people, I see people, I see people and I see people. And I know one thing finding peace is the ultimate joy. Think about recovery. Shout out to Ocean Tree, Creative man, for putting in the work, helping me put in the work. This word of the day is sponsored by them because peace is on the horizon. Man, when you do the work and you actually put in the work and you really really put in the work, peace comes to the forefront. So I'm really happy today because peace, having a peace of mind is so valuable when you think about your recovery. How are you processing information? Are you processing information better? I want you to remind yourself, even when you get stuck, take that deep breath, man, I got peace, I'm at peace, yo. Yeah, ain't letting nobody steal my joy, okay, nobody, nothing. Yeah, cause happens. This is real life. Bills is due. Relationships having issues, families having issues, people passing away. Death is a part of life, but right now, right in this moment, I'm at peace because I'm choosing peace over drama.

Yes, positive energy always corrects self-error. That is the message. I want you to remember that when you get stuck today. Positive energy always corrects self-error. Yes, always find a way to find your happy place. Music, okay, and I repeat that throughout the day. That's what I do all day. You know, when I'm having a moment, one of those three things help me push forward either prayer, meditation or music, sometimes even talk therapy, being able to really get it out. Letting, just letting how I feel out, it's a vibe okay and it's therapy 101. So I want you to.

I want to encourage somebody today start using positive energy to correct those self-errors. Okay, smile shit, it can always be worse. Have peace within. Okay, find that peace within. It's there. Keep working for it, keep striving, keep thriving and watch how perseverance just creep up on you. Day 25, guys. We almost there. It's about peace, finding peace, having peace, maintaining peace. Keep your energy positive man. Keep positive people around you, keep positive things on your tv, listen to positive podcasts. Positivity over negativity. Today, let's go guys. Happy day 25.
