Okay, guys, we are here, Day 30. Deep breath in Out. I just want to take this moment to thank every single person that took a moment to ride this train with us. Recovery is a huge deal to me. I'm here, I love this work and day 30 goes a long way for me.
00:29
Yes, because it talks about the path. Yes, look at the path in your mind. Where do you want to go? You know where you've been and it sucked. Now you put in the work, persevering, dedicated, right in the work, persevering, dedicated, right. You put in that work. What do you want to go? What path do you want to go on? Yes, because now you see a bunch of new paths when you close your eyes. Look at your mind, look at it right now, you see different paths. There's a lot of paths and there's the old path too. Don't forget their old path is still there, right. But I'm super proud of you because you've made a conscious effort to get off that path, put in the work, and now you're headed down another direction. So shout out to you, shout out to you, man, because I'm telling you firsthand I understand, I've been there and I've done that. Wore the outfit too, right. So, path, I am on a new path of new life, got it.
01:28
Sometimes you have to remind yourself, and that's okay, it is A-O to the K-O to remind yourself you are on a new path to a new life. Put in that word you got that. You owe it to yourself. Purposely attuned to hope that's the acronym for path. Purposefully attuned to hope, because that's what you gotta have hope, hope. I hope better for myself, I desire better for myself.
01:59
So I put in a word, and it's been 30 days straight. I got a new habit. I'm waking up, smiling more, I'm kissing people, I'm kissing my family, I'm actually speaking with purpose, telling you and if this first 30 days didn't work for you, man, tomorrow's a new day. We start all over again. Yes, because sometimes it takes longer. It takes longer and it's okay.
02:23
I still journal, I still journal. I wake up and I do what I did yesterday prayer, meditation, journaling in that order. That helps me, you know, keep me grounded, it keeps me spiritually grounded and it keeps me with a smile on my face. So once I found that it worked, man, I'm working that shit every day and even when I get stuck, I work it again and again and I tell all my friends? Yes, because that's the kind of people I want to be around, people that understand recovery. Okay.
02:59
