Yo, day 19 is here. It's been a lot of work and I know firsthand the work that comes with journaling, the emotions that come with journaling. Yep, is it hard, sometimes, absolutely. Is it emotional, sometimes, absolutely. That's what cleansing and healing is all about is finding your place, finding your space, finding what makes you tick. Yep, that's what recovery does for me. Okay, recovery is different for every single person. You got to individualize it.

Yep, today, humility leads to cleansing. I want you to know that the word of the day is humble, and humility leads to cleaning. You got to learn how to be humble. Yep, we all done something in our life that we're not proud of, right? So you seek forgiveness from the Father and then you just move on. Yep, you don't stop beating yourself up about what you've done in the past, because that's what the past is. It's like your ass is behind you, right? So today's a new day. Today's a beautiful day to recover. It's a day to focus on your recovery. It's a beautiful day to recover. It's a day to focus on your recovery. It's a day to forgive yourself. Today's a day to be accountable for your actions. And remember without the work, nothing will get done. You got to put in this work. You can't buy recovery. Humility leads to cleansing.

I'm going to say it one more time for the people that's just tuning in what does humility mean to you? I'm anxious, man, man, to hear from you, because we learn best from us. People in recovery learn best from people in recovery. So talk to me. What are you, what are you in recovery from? I'm anxious and excited to know at the same time. What does it mean to be humble? Okay, I see you. I see you. That's what humble means to you. Okay, it means something to. It means something different to every single person, so don't think that you're crazy if you got a different understanding for some of these words, guys, because that's what it's all about. It's individualized. What works for you might not work for me. Okay, and that's okay, as long as it works working.
