It's my favorite day, day 21. Yes, we talk about friends because, I'm telling you, after we put in this work, after we open up ourselves, we start journaling, we start really looking at our core. Friends is one thing I want you to really tune into today. What is a friend? What does it mean to be a friend? I'm curious. Talk to me. What does it mean to be a friend? To be a friend? I'm curious. Talk to me. What does it mean to be a friend? Don't worry, I'll wait.

Friends how many of us have them? Okay, that is a question. I want to know how many of us have real, true, authentic, genuine friends, the kind of people that talk good about you when you're there. When you're not, how many people defend you, defend your honor, when you're not around? That's what a real friend is. How many people will be willing to give themselves for you? So today we talk about friends. How many of us have them? Yes, fabulous, refreshing, intentional, enduring, nurturing, defender. That's what it makes up a friend to me. You got to be all these things in order to be my friend. Okay, fabulous, refreshing, intentional, enduring, nurturing and a defender. Because, shit happens, people talking bad about everybody. I want somebody that's going to talk good about me when I'm not around those kind of people I love. I love friends like that, yep. So how can you be a friend? How can you be a better friend? I'm curious, talk to me, how can we be better friends?

Day 21,. We almost there, guys. Three weeks straight, being consistent, working on ourselves. That's where the perseverance lives. I couldn't be more proud of you, yep. I know firsthand what recovery feels like, what it looks like, and you're on the right track and the right train. So shout out to you, shout out to every single person in recovery, guys, because we make this world go round one day at a time. Until next time, take care of yourself and each other. Let's go.
