The transformative power of morning rituals and the immense strength that lies in simply asking for help are no longer secrets, thanks to this week's illuminating discussion. Imagine beginning each day with a mind, clear as a mountain spring, ready to tackle anything that comes your way—our episode this week promises just that. As we journey through the importance of creating intentional morning practices, such as journaling post-meditation, we explore the profound impact of these habits on setting a purpose-driven tone for the day.

This isn't just about self-improvement; it's about the collective power of support networks in our recovery journey. We often shy away from admitting we need help, but in this heart-to-heart, we reveal why reaching out is not a sign of weakness but a courageous step towards linking purpose with positive action. As we dissect the idea that help equates to 'Honorable Encouragement, Linking Purpose', we're inspired to own our needs and ask for assistance without hesitation. It's a rallying cry for anyone on the path of self-discovery and recovery—remember, you're not in this alone. Grab your journal, open your heart, and let’s embrace the change together, one smile and one request for help at a time.

Questions this episode answers:
1. How can journaling and meditation improve my morning routine and provide clarity for the day ahead?
2. What are the benefits of asking for help during tough times and how can it be a sign of courage rather than weakness?
3. In what ways can establishing morning rituals contribute to personal growth and recovery from challenges?

Good morning, week four we doing it. And, yep, I'm in my role because, for me, journaling is best in the morning. After I pray, after I meditate, I'm coming straight to the journaling machine. Yes, because for me, especially when I'm having difficult times, journaling allows me to write down how I'm feeling and it allows me to really look at options. Okay, you think like this man. Maybe you think like this man. Maybe you should do this, maybe you should try this. Maybe you should strive to do this. No more trying. Yeah, we eliminate, try. So when that happens and I have my journal, my day gets better and better and better, my week gets better and better and better, and the song continues to play. So day 24 omg it about help. Yes, we need help, all of us need help.

Recovery when you're in your recovery journey, a lot of us find it difficult to ask for help, but today, today is the day we asking for help and we're not feeling bad about it. We are in our recovery journey and we need the help. You recognize we need help and we're asking the people that can do something about it to help us. Yes, that's all. I'm just excited because when you ask for help, the results come. That's where perseverance live. It's in actually doing the work. So help, honorable, encouragement, linking purpose, that's what it does. Think about it when you ask somebody from help honorable, when you ask somebody for help, honorable encouragement, your linking purpose. So today, starting today, I want you to remind yourself you are able to ask for help because words have power. Sometimes you got to get out that stinking thinking and you have to remind yourself I am able to ask for help and watch how the smiles appear. Yep, even saying it to you, I just feel I feel just that much better about life today because I need help too, believe it or not, help, we all need help at some point at some time.
