Woo, woo, okay, day 27. Affirmations for recovery. This is the work that we do every single day, man. It takes 21 to 30 days to formulate a new habit. And today, day 27, we hear persevere, o-m-g.

Because when I think about recovery, when I think about the work, when I think about the tools, when I think about, when I think about, when I think about the tools, when I think about what I think about, when I think about, persevere is all that. That's what my mind, you know, wants to happen. I'm working for the perseverance. Yes, I am sticking to it. To persevere, we have to make a conscious efforts to stick to it. We got to stick to this work. We got to be consistent, we got to be disciplined, and that's where persevere lives. Yes, persistence, evolution, relaxation, stability, energetic, vibrant, eliminating and that's where perseverance lives. Yes, persistence, evolution, relaxation, stability, energetic, vibrant, eliminating rough edges that's what perseverance does. Okay, when you put in the work, perseverance lives. That's where it appears, that's where you get persevere from putting in the work. So, shout out to you everybody doing the work, man, are you at that point where you're persevering? Just, you know, woosah. Yes, on Fridays it's an opportunity to take our shoes off and we just talking about the recovery journey from a positive perspective. It's not substances, it's situations. We all need recovery at some point at some time.

Okay, and this journal, this product, is helping people persevere. Yes, and that's the word of the day Yep, I am sticking to it. Yep, yep, yep, I'm sticking to it. Nothing you can say, nothing you can do. Okay, I'm going to be here, I'm going to put this work in because I want perseverance. So, if I want perseverance and you telling me I got to put the work in, what you think I'm going to do, I'm going to keep doing this work, man, work, work, work, work, work, work, work. Okay, get your, roll your sleeves up, put the work in. You want perseverance. You got to work for it. Yes, there's no shortcuts to this recovery thing. Guys, you want a healthier mindset. You want to smile more. You want to learn how to process information, journal Game changer, prayer, meditation All these positive attributes. Put them in one place and work it.
