I am creating good habits. Remind yourself, remember, words have so much power. If you think negatively, then more times often than not, you come out with a negative outcome. That's the way it's designed. So I keep all my thoughts pure as water, pure as the water in a glass glass, right, because I, even when I fall short, I still remind myself. I am creating good habits, I'm dedicated to my recovery and I ain't letting nobody steal my joy, okay. So today is a beautiful day to remember all the work that you put in all of this recovery. Talk wasn't in vain. You, you ready, healthy attributes becoming intentionally true. Yes, that's what happens when you put in the work, when you persevere, when you dedicate yourself. Yes, a new habit forming. It's a beautiful day to really think about what you've been doing. And if that don't produce a smile, well, we got more work to do, because smiling is contagious and that's why I want you to smile today. Take a moment to smile. Okay, it produces positive energy, believe it or not. Even when you've eaten a pallet of shit. Smile, try smiling. Attempt Excuse me, attempt to smile Even when you got to eat shit. Okay, cause it makes it taste better. You know, I mean, for lack of a better word when you eat shit and smile, it makes it taste better. I mean it, don't it. Don't discount that you're eating shit, but you want it to taste a little bit better. Smile, okay, I am creating good habits Cause you are.
