Greg Surratt and Chip Judd

[These conversations are based largely on The Endurance Factor Book, co-authored by Greg and Chip]

In part 1 of this two-part intro to this new podcast, listeners get a feel for Greg Surratt (founding Pastor of Seacoast Church) and Chip Judd's (Pastor and counselor with 13,000 hours of counseling experience) "new mission" in helping pastors, other leaders and their fellow man in general, be on a path of "living well and finishing strong."

Who are these two guys and why aren't they "settled down" and enjoying retirement?  What qualifies them for their task at hand and what was the spark(s) of revelation that clarified this work that they plan on engaging in for the rest of their lives?  They are also put to the task of identifying one another's strengths and weaknesses.
