This week, I sit down with fellow podcaster, Anne Kamholz.  We met through Cathy Heller's Your Turn to Podcast August 2023 Program ☺️, which I highly recommend.
In part of this episode, we chat about embodiment practices being as simple as cooking a meal if it brings you into flow. One recipe that I recently loved was a 1 pan salmon red curry from Minimalist Baker.  Here's the pie recipe that Anne talks about before the dance party to Twist and Shout! We also chat on **The Dip by Seth Godin.
