Ep. 8 Take the Leap, and soft landings: What are you leaping towards this leap year!?!
Hello and welcome to the Country Proud Living Podcast! Nurturing home, empowered self. I am your host LoriLynn, and I am so happy you are here! Pull up a chair, grab a hot cup of coffee or tea and let's have a cozy conversation. I encourage you to take a leap forward in your life, this LEAP YEAR! Sharing tips below to go for it!
1) Preparing for the Leap:
- What is your motivation?
- Acknowledge the little risks you already take.
- Respond to well-meaning critics.
- Look down both roads, and if you stayed in the same spot you are today.
- Think well of yourself, trust in your ability to succeed.
2) While in the air:
- Act Quickly. Don't put it off any longer.
- Stop dwelling on the Negative.
- Don't put it off any longer.
- Keep the past in the past.
- Find support, from those that leaped.
- Accept transformation.
3) After you land:
- Redefine success for you.
- Stop looking around. Comparison is the thief of JOY.
- Fail. The idea is to simply to accept failure as a part of life and not something you must avoid.
- Press on: No matter the outcome .
- Leap often: Taking risks and leaping into the unknown becomes easier when you do it more often.
