On this weeks episode i chatted to breath work instructor Kiera Cavanagh. 

We cut all the bullshit and just dived deep into Kieras sobriety journey.  We spoke about relationships, Quit lit, becoming comfortable in your own skin and the fear that you will never be fun again once you go sober.
