Above The Trees
Above The Trees (ATT) is the brainchild of Polish DJ and producer (currently living in ATX), Peter Kazimierski. With roots in electronic music dating back to 1992, Pete's journey solidified in the mid-2000s. Between 2008 and 2014, his groundbreaking JustQualityMusic (JQM) brand emerged, including a round-the-clock radio, popular podcasts, and revered underground events. Its arm, JQM Recordings, proudly released 13 EPs, championing both established and rising talents. Pete's vast performances stretch from iconic Chicago and Washington DC venues to international clubs in Europe and North America. Collaborations include big names like DJ.T, Danny Howells, and Marc Houle, enriching his musical tapestry. After a contemplative break from 2017-2021, "Above The Trees" surfaced in 2022, spotlighting deep dub, atmospheric techno, and mesmeric sets. As he prepares a live act for Mutek Montreal 2024, Pete remains a force in the evolving electronic scene.
