Bernadette (B) is a midwife, personal trainer, wife, mother, published academic and speaker. She has worked as a midwife in Australia and overseas since 2007, across homebirth, large city hospitals and in remote First Nations communities.
B holds a Bachelor of Midwifery and a Master of Public Health and her growing business, Core & Floor, helps people through the mental and physical challenges of pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
On this episode you can expect to learn about the importance of play and fun, especially in relationships, how to celebrate mistakes and learning, how to understand your nervous system and why it's so important to connect with your body.
