How does feeling guilty making your life better? Interesting question, right?
This week, we're talking about guilt- a blocker that comes up in nearly every coaching conversation I have.

"I feel guilty because... "
"I have so much guilt about..."
"I’ll feel guilty if…"
"I feel guilty when..."

I get it. Guilt is woven into the fabric of our thinking. Here's what I've learned. 
To live well you have to break the guilt cycles. Full stop.

I've taken the ride. My life blossomed when I got off of that train. 
If feeling less guilt and more happiness is important for you, I'm here to empower you to get off that train too.

I'll connect you with how guilt affects your thinking, mental, physical, and emotional health. I'll share a personal story about guilt to help you know that if you are ready to live without guilt, you can do it, starting today. It's absolutely possible.
