This week, my goal is to help you get out of the swirl so you step into the agency you have to live your life with more clarity, peace, and confidence.
Getting out if essential because, as my good friend Robin says, "You can't create when you're in the swirl."
In this episode, I break down four of the personality categories that tend to be the 'swirliest' based on my experience with the women I love, know, and coach.
Chances are pretty darn good that you'll see yourself in one of more of these categories. And, when you do, know this. That's a big step forward!
By the end of the episode, you will:
1. Have a clearer understanding of what's keeping you in 'the swirl.'
2. Learn (3) micro-coaching steps you can start practicing in your own life, right now, if getting out of the swirl and on with your life is important for you.
3. Have a foundation that will empower you to step into the agency you have to improve your mental, physical, and emotional health- and your overall quality of life.
