Don't buy into the hype that you're helpless, small, or the world is going to shit. Media is a business. Well architected messages of chaos and impending doom are being served up to us 24/7 through the screens we put in our bedrooms, family rooms, kitchens, offices, and pockets. We’re hyper saturated by the business of news and this saturation is contributing to our mental health crisis and our epidemic levels of stress.

But chaos, stress, and overwhelm don't have to be our reality.  We can create the world we want and we can thrive.

This week, we're talking about how to find calm in the chaos, ditch the overwhelm, stress, trust your wisdom, and take charge of your reality with three scientifically proven "power tools" that are available to you right now: mindfulness, intuition, and mirror neurons.

We'll talk about the innate power we have as human beings and how activating our power gives us agency to be well and live well.
