Cole Baker-Bagwell

When was the last time you worried yourself into a frenzy and things actually got better?

This week, we're talking about how to worry less to live better, starting today, by shifting our mindset with three solid mindful practices.

Worry is a learned and created mindset that puts us into a swirly cycle of shit that disrupts our mental health, physical life and our overall quality of life.  Science has shown a direct link between worry, anxiety and depression and holy smokes we are suffering.

Here's the good news. Science has also proven that we have the power to improve our mental and physical health by integrating tools like breathing, mindfulness and meditation into our every day lives.

You will learn:
What worry is
The difference between short term and constant worry
Why we worry
Where worry originates in our brain
What we worry about
What happens to our mental and physical health when we worry
(3) mindful practices you can adopt to worry less- starting today

You are the reason for She Grabs The Mic. It's my sincere hope that this episode leaves you better. You deserve to live your best life. We all do babe. 💗

Key words:
Worry, fear, mental health, mindset, amygdala, emotional regulation, mindfulness

Heartfelt gratitude for every person who is contributing and working to improve mental health, here in the U.S. and around the world.
