Oh, today's been fantastic as well, you know. So, matt, I'm guessing you get a lot of questions from customers, and it's one in particular I'm going to ask you today, because I got to ask you because I don't know the answer when do you need to hire a plumber?

Well, there could be a couple answers to that. Number one could be if you just don't have the knowledge or the capabilities or the tools for the job, then of course you're going to want to hire a plumber to come in and take care of it for you. The other that I think is a more serious answer is, whenever there could be harm or damage to your home or to your personal self that you're going to want to get the professional under to take care of it. You know, we deal with gas problems, we deal with water flooding problems, we deal with water heaters, certain things that if they're not taken care of properly, they can cause damage to the home or cause injury to the person.

You know, the typical guy wants to be macho, he wants to be the handyman. You know, get in there and mix it up a little bit and I guess one of the most common problem is it's clogged drains. Right, Absolutely yeah. And if you're not.

If you're going to try to tackle a clogged drain and go rent a machine and you don't know how to properly use it, then we've had people that's lost fingers, lost digits, because they've got their fingers caught in the cables. We had somebody that wasn't with our company but we know that had long hair and the hair got caught in the cable and basically took a whole chunk of hair out of the side of his head. So you have some serious stuff. If you don't know how to operate the equipment properly. They can cause harm.
