Join us as we dive into the efficiency and cost effectiveness of transless technology. Welcome back everyone. This is Garfield Bowen, co-host, slash producer on the show. Back in the studio with Matt Black Matt, how you doing today.

Speaker 3:

I've been a busy day today. How about you?

Speaker 2:

I'm hanging in there, hanging in there. So, matt, do I save money and time with transless technology?

Speaker 3:

Absolutely. You will eliminate damage to the home. We have a piece of equipment called the LR3. It's a lightweight technology and we can actually go underneath a homeowner's home, going through either a toilet or a clean out, and repair broken sewer lines underneath the house. So you don't have to worry about pulling a permit to do the repair. You don't have to worry about pairing up your floors.

Speaker 3:

You're not going to be cutting up the concrete floors and then you have to get somebody back in there to pour the concrete back and put everything back together. So some people end up having to go and stay in a hotel for a period of time. While this happens and this can take several days to go through where we can come out, we can run a camera, identify where the area is at and then we can use our technology where we actually put a bladder down inside the pipe, it gets aired up with a compressor and then a UV light cooks it on. Then we have a machine that goes through and sands it and cleans it all up and you're good to go and normally we can turn that around within 24 to 48 hours.

Speaker 2:

Wow, LR3. Yep.

Speaker 3:

And again, that could be a 20, 30, $40,000 job, depending on if the homeowners floors are continuous throughout the house and they have to replace all the floors, versus if we go in there. We might do a repair like that and it could range anywhere from maybe $7,500 to $10,000 and zero damage, zero build back.

Speaker 2:

So what you're saying? That LR3 will minimize disruption, reduce labor costs, it will fast the completion, long-term cost saving. This is some good stuff.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, it's an amazing piece of equipment.

Speaker 2:

So they just got to get with Benjamin Franklin plumbing for that LR3 to make it happen right.

Speaker 3:

Absolutely. Give us a call 772, call Ben.
