Speaker 1:

Hello, welcome to Boozzy Body Witches' podcast. I'm Tony, the host, and this is Come on up the co-host, and this is my guest Shade, my other guest, tia and my other guest, ejia. All right, so today we're gonna be talking about dealing with anxiety and depression as a witch. Now I'm gonna go ahead and get started with Ejia. How do you deal with anxiety and depression as a witch? I deal with anxiety every day, honestly, and I had to learn how to filter out because, technically, what my anxiety is is all the voices in my head and then playing out in different aspects of how I deal with a situation, if that makes sense. So that's what my anxiety. I overthink. I'm overthink. That's what really. Anxiety is repetitive, something in your head going, so that is my fault. So now that I'm deep in my journey, I see which spirit it is, so it's not as overwhelming. Now I can understand and I listen to what they're saying to me, and so they'll talk to me. Now I understand myself as a witch.

Speaker 1:

Prior I used to. They used to give me medicine, like my parents. They'd be like oh okay, you have anger issues. I wasn't dealing with certain demons Like I've done self-rerelation when I was younger and like I've dealt with real life depression, I've been psyched towards, I've been diagnosed, they know Like it's been like this. So it's just like now with spirituality and spirits. I understand that they're talking to me and I was trying to live in the light and understand and close out the dark and the darkest where I thrive at and get my life from. So that's something that I had to understand. With my anxiety and my depression. Those are labels. You have to understand your magic. To me it's magic and that's what I thrive in. That's how I learned how to refill my cup Depression. I buried that shit in the back of Ms Tony Yard and it's been awesome in the city.

Speaker 2:

So yeah.

Speaker 1:

So with me, I just find different ways to deal with my anxiety, cause I have very high anxiety to where I went to a doctor and they put me on a list of medications and I told the doctor I don't want to take those medications and she was like, well, it's going to help you and all this jazz and I'm just like, but no, I tried it out and I just I felt like a walking zombie and I'm like I didn't like the way that it is. I think taking the medications may be more depressed. So that's when I got I started sound bath therapy and I just hearing the actual sound when you hit the bowl. It just instantly relaxes you. So I just do sound bath therapy, a lot of meditation, but, as you said before, it's really the voices in your head. That's all anxiety and depression is made up of. It's your thoughts, how you, you're outlook is of life.

Speaker 1:

So once I started, you know talking to myself and you know telling the thoughts and the voices in my head to calm down. It's like you know I'm getting better by the day, but you know I still have those moments where I hear them loud and clear. So you know, I just try to find other ways other than the medication, but I just refuse to take the medicine. Yeah, what about you, shady? Ooh, I have to piggyback off of what you just said about understanding, now, as I grow, that sometimes spirit is speaking to you. Right, and I learned that when spirit speaks to you, it's like you have a loud speaker on this bunch of music playing, right, and then it's a whisper, right.

Speaker 1:

A short, a big voice.

Speaker 2:

It's a thing but strong, but strong, but very strong.

Speaker 1:

Right, and it's habitual learning and practice right. So now, as a daughter of Yamaji, I have learned to listen to those little voices that people in this society tell us you're not supposed to hear, voices that is a come on.

Speaker 1:

You have ancestors. How many people think of how many people it took to make you to this? There's that word different. It's millions, it's thousands, right? So you have these people leading you and guiding these entities, right, leading you and guiding you through life. And once we move in acceptance as I begin to move in acceptance, an allowance, the voices. I still hear things, but it's clarity within that right.

Speaker 1:

And also, on the outside of that, I am a qualified mental health professional, so I have learned the way of the medical field, but I don't subscribe to it personally right, because I know everything is here to quiet those voices, which is my ancestors' guidance, right? So I have to incorporate that into life, and once I learn how to do that through spiritual awakening and the breaking of the ego, which was dramatic, oh yeah, you got an ideal backup right.

Speaker 2:

Oh, my gosh right.

Speaker 1:

On your authenticity and on things that you cannot see Bingo, but you believe. That's why I'm saying oh my gosh Right it's your intuition.

Speaker 2:

It's your intuition.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, right, yeah, then you gotta trust that you gotta trust it. You got to trust it. Because you have to understand they're gonna lead you to better you. Yeah, that part, and that's what it is, that part. So I learned to trust in. Trust in what I can't see, trust in what I know in here in my heart.

Speaker 2:

Trust yourself?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, all right. What about you too? How do you deal with anxiety and depression?

Speaker 2:

Well with me with anxiety. I've had it since I was young. I do take medication for it to keep me more calm, like so I don't get really nervous and things, but sometimes I don't like taking it because it does make you feel like just like a walking zombie, like she said. So since I've had it when I was young and stuff I kinda just tried to not overthink. And I overthink really really bad, especially if I'm upset about something, I will constantly, constantly, constantly think about it and then it'll get to different other thoughts that shouldn't even be there. But it does have voices and stuff like that. And I'm learning there's different type of spirits depression, anxiety, just those type of spirits and try my best to sage as much as I can to focus on the things that I need to more so not like the past, because my past will bring up my anxiety and if I think about a situation from my past is going to just pop back up on me. So I try not to think about it and there's different levels to anxiety and depression.

Speaker 1:

A lot of people don't know that. Yeah, there's different levels, you know you have some people that's just overthinking, you know can calm themselves down quickly. To people that just constantly just thinking about just going through their heads, you know to harm themselves. You know I had to when I was dealing with it real bad last year and the year before. You know I did a lot of research because I didn't know a lot about anxiety, I didn't know a lot about depression, I just knew it. You know a lot of people suffer from it.

Speaker 1:

So I just started doing research and I just learned that there was different levels. You know, some people have depression, anxiety, so bad. You know they constantly think that they're having some type of heart attack. They're constantly having you know some type of illness going on with their body, like I've been, through it at all, like I've been through it all.

Speaker 1:

I constantly went to the doctor. You know, every other day I was at the hospital because, you know, it was just like a mental thing. You know, I was telling myself that I'm having a heart attack. You know, I told myself I'm having a stroke. It was pretty crazy. It was, you know. It was very scary for a while, but I'm so glad that I'm not in that space anymore. Well, I would say how I did with my depression because I don't really have no anxiety or nothing like that is once I did come aboard in spirituality. I started using the healing crystals. I would sleep with those under my pillow. I started taking my ashwagandha hopefully, I pronounced it right.

Speaker 2:

What about? You know, doctor had me prescribed to the point to.

Speaker 1:

When I did go back to the doctor, she told me my cortisol level went down so dramatically and I can actually sleep at night.

Speaker 2:

That's how I know, you know my overactive brain has come down and my cortisol level and my depression went down because of all of that.

Speaker 1:

I don't get so frustrated and mad all the time like I used to. So I'm telling you, if you start using crystals and you start changing your mindset and you do a lot of stuff, you can overcome that depression. I know some people it's probably hard because we are on different levels. But for me, I wasn't going to let depression take over. I wanted to be stuck in the bed all the time. I want to do that with my life Now. I want to have no push, you know, no self determination and stuff like that. No, I took over that.

Speaker 2:

Feel the emotions.

Speaker 1:

I am going to take over it's okay to feel those emotions, but don't stay there, right. And then you know, in the beginning, you know I would tell myself, you know I'm feeling the emotions, I'm feeling it, but I find myself feeling the emotions for 24 hours and I'm still in that bed. But you know, feel it Don't stay there that bed is dangerous. Yeah, hold you tight, hold you real tight, so tight, so tight, seriously. Yeah, I've learned that. Um, and we call them grounding techniques, right, but, but connecting with the universe.

Speaker 1:

So just taking your shoes off, yeah.

Speaker 2:

And walking outside In my triple. I never learned it from my culture Get grounded.

Speaker 1:

I didn't know that you won with everything.

Speaker 2:

Exactly That'll change your life.

Speaker 1:

It really will change your whole life Now taking off your shoes and just walking outside on the bare grass. When I first put my feet into that ground, I was just like, yeah, it's like a feeling came over. It's like a morning coffee. Yeah, it was a beautiful feeling. Another thing that that that I do like if I do feel anxiety, because I'm starting to realize that you might not think you have anxiety.

Speaker 2:

You might not even realize. I didn't even know what it was Right.

Speaker 1:

It might not come by the way if your heart is heart-puffing it might come by the way.

Speaker 2:

You can't sleep at night.

Speaker 1:

You cannot understand why you cannot sleep at night.

Speaker 2:

And I didn't know what that was. I don't know that everybody, when you get first aid, especially when you get first aid I didn't know all of that was sped up. I didn't know, I didn't know.

Speaker 1:

I decided. That's why I said my doctor didn't believe in putting me on pills. She didn't say it. We're gonna talk about that because let's take her. And I appreciate your doctor because even with yes beautiful. Yeah, because I had to change my mindset and quit letting everybody you know upset me and stress me out, and I had to change myself and who I was around, who I allowed to get into my energy. Yeah, and that made a big difference.

Speaker 2:

That makes a big difference.

Speaker 1:

We can control the controllables, for sure, right. Right, I said I was. You can control yourself and how you respond to others. You can't control this external environment, right.

Speaker 2:

You have to learn boundaries, learn boundaries.

Speaker 1:

I'm not accepting this today. Oh, say that again.

Speaker 2:

And a lot of people don't.

Speaker 1:

I'm so proud of society, giving us certain things that we are supposed to accept, and I tell them I don't have to get accepted Shit I don't have to, but just imagine the people that have my sense and I tell people I don't live.

Speaker 1:

I'm not from this realm. I live in my own reality that I'm in control of. Therefore, I don't have to interact with you. I don't have to like you or have to do anything, nor wish you anything bad. I just wish for you to go about your way and be the best that you could be, and I'm gonna go over here and do it and do you. Oh, you know what so crazy about that too? We live in a society that, if you say that, the society that we live in oh you crazy. You need medicine.

Speaker 2:

Yes, no, we're all on different levels. These people need to start learning how to take herbs. And that's what I told my doctor. Right, that's what I said you sleep.

Speaker 1:

I've been on Alexa Pro when.

Speaker 2:

I was a little boy, don't do this, son, son, son, and that thing had me there so excited, so excited.

Speaker 1:

I'm not even around Exactly, I was sure, and I went to my doctor and told her I was like you know, doctor, so and so these medicines because she was like let me just start you off with one. I told her oh, I didn't like this medicine. Oh, let's change up, let's do this medicine. I didn't be on a bill of five. Deppleport, Serif will Deppleport.

Speaker 2:

I didn't like that.

Speaker 1:

I'm actually serif, I know, I know Serifling. When I say, when I do shrooms. That's why I can stay here. I was on those medicines that I'm naming at the age of seven. Okay, From seven to 12, at least. So you all got to understand my duality in it.

Speaker 2:

Medicine does nothing for me, it does, you don't drink no, baby.

Speaker 1:

This is natural. I smoke a little green. That's about it, that's what you got yeah. Other than that, this is me and I can see my anxiety and depression. My labels are my magic. And they tried to shun me and you are a walking zombie. I agree, I was in school. I couldn't stop doing work whenever I took something called Ritalin.

Speaker 2:

It is the sister of Adderall when I said when I said no. I couldn't eat.

Speaker 1:

It's like Mid-Guy I couldn't eat, I lost so much weight on that stuff and I had a 4.0, GPA 16, and graduated.

Speaker 2:

I couldn't stop working. That's a double-wit medication. They put everybody on.

Speaker 1:

It was like it was crazy. But I still have a 4.0 GPA right now. Bachelor's and college, that's what's up.

Speaker 2:

I have.

Speaker 1:

No, I'm not taking medicine over 10 years.

Speaker 2:

And that's about it.

Speaker 1:

That's how you don't have to take that. Ritalin is the number one medication. I'm in the medical field. Ritalin is the number one medication that they put people on when they come to them. Oh, you know somebody's overstimulating Now we're spared all. They come with the spared all something else.

Speaker 2:

That's brilliant Boy at times it does it calls more problems than they do.

Speaker 1:

good Cause more harm than it does healing Exactly. In a natural, from a natural perspective, right, when I think of you know, the meat vibrates on a certain frequency, right?

Speaker 2:

Meat is also being murdered right.

Speaker 1:

It's in a state of fear, anguish, stress.

Speaker 2:

When it dies, it's injecting things into itself. It blocked that energy. Just because it was murdered Right before we ate it, we take on that energy. That's so true, right, so we have to like.

Speaker 1:

Consider that it's the things we take into our portals. Yeah, we listen to music that's violent, that's degrading, right, even if not consciously, like it plays and we bow to it, but we're taking on that frequency, right, yep. And then we're watching movies, all these horror movies. That's the brainwashed.

Speaker 2:

You know those are movies on horror movies, but I don't like. I love my horror movies no I do get that, but it does, it does vibrate on a certain frequency. It changed your frequency?

Speaker 1:

It does, it does they always tell me not to watch certain things. Even when I play certain music I can watch thrillers Like Michael Myers and Freddie Friday the 13th. That's different Now old horror but the new ones, when it's like the hunting of Connecticut and like the spirit.

Speaker 2:

That's psychic. I do not watch that.

Speaker 1:

And I've wondered why, in spirit, you know I'm supposed to have who I'm supposed to have with me and you know it got confirmation the other night. It was just like that's crazy. You've always been with me and I've never been just like attacked in the spiritual realm. I don't know. My demons have never really overtook me. I've never understood why I've always fought through. They always have come through. It's because the spirits and certain things and frequencies I did not allow and I didn't understand and they helped me block out certain things and have certain, you know, safety nets on myself and to protect me from certain things, from even just when I self-taught I could easily kill myself. Then, not knowingly just trying to get. I was so angry. There was a reason for self-arm. I didn't want to harm anyone else. That was my way of calming down. It calmed me down. Now I look back at it. I have so many tattoos everywhere. That's my other, that's my therapy.

Speaker 1:

You know, so, like I, said, these labels are my magic and I can say for me, they help me refill myself and understand myself and live in my truth.

Speaker 1:

So I have to hold that to you Use my desk. I was going to ask her. I asked her a question. Why do you feel do you agree with your doctor? Because I know me I'm not on medications now, but you mentioned you are. Do you agree with your doctor about trying out several different medications or would you prefer your doctor to be like Tony Doctor, to suggest holistic?

Speaker 2:

herbs, more like herbs. But then I kind of see why I do have to take the pills, because depression can lead to a lot of anger, depression can lead to a lot of sadness. So, because I have different parts of depression at times and anxiety because of things that have happened, I do feel that the pills for me, that they help me, so like versus let's say, I don't take the pill a day right, my anxiety is going to be how I'm going to overthink, I'm going to make myself mad, I'm going to be in. My attitude is not going to be right Versus if I take it, I'm not really thinking too much. I'm focused on what I'm focused on at work or anything like that, or just going out or just being at home. So the medicine it's not bad, but would I recommend it to everybody we know Can?

Speaker 1:

I ask you something have you ever tried Ashwagandha? Ashwagandha, that's Wakanda. We call it Wakanda. No, I haven't.

Speaker 2:

I've never tried it. It's not a rap. It's not a rap and it's a gummi-sudo they do the labis-tudo. That's what I was taking in. It also helps you sleep. I was going to bite. It's amazing. I should tell me about the labis-tudo, yeah.

Speaker 1:

Ashwagandha root, lime's Mane and just the herbal tea.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and the Lime's Mane is also really good too. Yeah, we focus on this stuff.

Speaker 1:

We actually take those pills too. You know what I do. Well, the good thing is to do so. Why are you taking the meds? Why are we on? Because all of us have had our experiences. That is the time to develop the skills, training to develop the grounding techniques, to develop getting connected, understanding more so who you are and getting the tools that you need to create a fruitful life, because a lot of times my life is imbalanced. It is very hard to move past depression If I can't get to work and I'm only getting in three days a week and I'm on the verge of being fired and I got two little children.

Speaker 1:

I don't care what medicine you give me.

Speaker 2:

I'm still going to need to practice. They say I need someone in my life to go with my needs.

Speaker 1:

You can't do that. You block them out. You can't, so I need someone on a physical realm. I also need to learn to get the tools that I need to allow spirit to come in.

Speaker 2:

Because spirit can watch you all day.

Speaker 1:

But if you don't verbally say come in and help me, they're not going to come in. They're not allowed to. They can be right there on the side of you.

Speaker 2:

And if you don't open up, they'll come in, and if you don't fake it, it's not going to help.

Speaker 1:

But one thing, too, I notice is when you're going to your spirit team, your ancestors, whoever it is, you communicate God, universe, always ask them to help you out, like if you know that you're suffering, and dealing with anxiety and depression ask them say look, I need you to help me out with my health. I can overcome, because that's what I do. Yeah, and I'm going to tell you it worked.

Speaker 2:

It does Well hold on.

Speaker 1:

But even just to piggyback on you once you go to spirit, you cannot sit there. Use them and toss them to a side.

Speaker 2:

It is how to come around.

Speaker 1:

These are orishas, these are power.

Speaker 2:

This is magic.

Speaker 1:

You do not play on the top like that. You cannot sit there and play with these orishas and then not honor your ancestors If they were not here. Kind of food from your ancestors. You cannot talk to these deities. You will not get the magic that you're already put, Now you will not see it work, Do you understand me? See people start and then, once their life gets good, remember I was there. I was there.

Speaker 2:

We forget so much I was there I got causes. I know a better way. I know I got some, but let me tell you what they all do.

Speaker 1:

They all snatch it out, they all snatch it all and they'll get the slamming stuff in your house.

Speaker 2:

Like oh, did you forget?

Speaker 1:

Did you forget? I did too. Did you forget about us? Because that was for me, that was because I've been there before. I have prayed and meditated, I have manifested. So strongly. You know all these things and when all these beautiful things started happening, I forgot.

Speaker 2:

I forgot about it.

Speaker 1:

Let me ask you this I'm doing my stuff for them, Because there's people watching that maybe not be so, that are not so versed in spirit or maybe have other religious backgrounds.

Speaker 2:

We're not religious.

Speaker 1:

We're spiritual right, but there's some people that are absolutely religious.

Speaker 2:

I grew up in the gospel and I grew back to. So some people are, you know what I mean.

Speaker 1:

So this is my thing. On the physical realm right. We know, like truly, that you do need to have a support system. Yeah, I don't give a mother, a friend, a model, a guide. Some of you need a support system also, right, and you need to learn the skills to be able to identify where people fit in that space.

Speaker 2:

Is that right, where they take up space and don't try to force them to get a space that is not theirs.

Speaker 1:

We try to force these puzzle pieces that is not in our puzzles and spirit going to sit there and knock it out.

Speaker 2:

the table, it wouldn't have been a time you sit in your time and you wouldn't know it why.

Speaker 1:

You know why, just like we see the red flags and we play like it's a carnival Baby. We knew it was time to stop. It's not a normal.

Speaker 2:

It's not a normal. It's not a normal.

Speaker 1:

It's not a normal. It's not a normal. It's not a normal. It's not a normal.

Speaker 2:

It's not a normal. It's not a normal.

Speaker 1:

Let me send you the same thing with a different package.

Speaker 2:

Exactly. See, you just went through hell. Let me see if you recognize it. You can't go to this next level. Yes, you cannot. Yeah, you cannot. Yeah, you can't.

Speaker 1:

You cannot agree, I'm going to send you the same person that did the same thing.

Speaker 2:

I had this person in, but in a different floor, and over again. This is all involved in your work. Did you see it? Did you go work? Did you actually do the work? The work stops.

Speaker 1:

And you understand. Deeper in the journey, the more work it is.

Speaker 2:

Because now your magic is growing.

Speaker 1:

I'm just going to say spirituality. I feel it really stayed my life in it. It changed my life.

Speaker 2:

It changed my life. It changed my life. I don't care. Nobody changed my life.

Speaker 1:

I'm not asleep at night. My doctor would tell me take melatonin and do this, and do that. I said God, that don't work.

Speaker 2:

That don't work.

Speaker 1:

I started this. When I started, you told me about, you know, tapping in and getting more deeper, and I did, and I started doing research and reading and that's when I started saying you know what I'm going to heal my and then Wait, wait, wait, wait wait. So you said she helped you tap in to go deeper.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, she's the one that's like I want to count on.

Speaker 1:

If you don't have a mom or a daddy in certain things, in certain beliefs that you believe in. That's why I feel like it's so big to have supporters that are on the same similar frequency. You're going to, you're still going to lower yourself because you're trying to talk to them and explain problems they don't understand. It's not in their depth, and so that's why I feel like spiritual friends are very good to have a very, very important picture is pure.

Speaker 1:

It's not times they are meant to be in their life for a time and not for the whole, and I had to understand that.

Speaker 2:

Not just me.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I want to keep people in my life for a long period of time. But it always works like that. But it's not.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, they're going to be easy.

Speaker 1:

Sometimes they will be, sometimes they will be, sometimes the universe puts them or God, you know, put them in your life temporarily to fix and help out with the situation.

Speaker 2:

Send them all and they can use somebody else, and that's one thing I had to learn.

Speaker 1:

I'm like dang, I can't meet these people, and they go. Oh, I got it. I did what I was supposed to do now.

Speaker 2:

You serve your purpose.

Speaker 1:

I'm sorry Let me ask you a question I'm like so what society relates causes spirit, causes anxiety and depression.

Speaker 2:

What do?

Speaker 1:

you know to really be, because I feel like that's when you operate in your brokenness before you come into the life. I feel like that's your mental, that's your third eye trying to awake and frequency and balance into you and let you know, hey, I'm right here. You awakened me. Listen to me. Yeah, stop blocking me. Stop blocking me Because listen to what they feed us. It's banned in a lot of different countries because it's not good for them.

Speaker 1:

So they know that they're not trying to screw them over. The US is trying to put a spell on you for some whatever reasons is because we are too powerful.

Speaker 2:

If you are waking all the time, that medicine is what is what blocks?

Speaker 1:

It's a medication.

Speaker 2:

It can hurt you. It can hurt you.

Speaker 1:

And a lot of people don't even look. Breathe the side effects. I'm not going to make you do a million and two things, but you're supposed to help with one.

Speaker 2:

I'll help you. That's what makes me check this out.

Speaker 1:

I read the side effects and what it can do. I was scared.

Speaker 2:

I'm not going to prescribe. I ain't seen a birth control. Thank you for everything. Baby, I never unrolled them, baby, I never unrolled them.

Speaker 1:

You have something in your body that stops you from the function of being a woman. It has to be strong and shit, because it stops you from the function of being a woman. You take a medication to help with anxiety and depression but you get the reading of side effects. It can cause liver cancer, it can cause brain dysfunction. I just tell himлушай I Sign in depression, baby to get it in.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, but you can't, you can't and then be over there. You can look at it, but I don't even like you.

Speaker 1:

I know and you open it like I want to look at the entire thing. It didn't have to. I swear you in a whole different level. A whole different level Because a lot of those medication does represent your sexual. I start telling mine, you go out and be with another one because it's like I can't force myself to when I had sex with my college is for him to give me something.

Speaker 1:

So I couldn't be back and it was the medication I was taking. I went to the doctor. I said I just want to help with my anxiety and depression. I still want to get it in and I like to hump it. You went to that too.

Speaker 2:

I didn't get to have sex with him.

Speaker 1:

I didn't have sex with him, you did.

Speaker 2:

I did. I'm giving you the pass.

Speaker 1:

Go get you another one, because I just I wasn't giving no passes.

Speaker 2:

I ain't going to tell you I didn't. We ain't going to tell you I didn't.

Speaker 1:

We did. We did Because before we knew this was anxiety and depression. We didn't have nothing to call this.

Speaker 2:

Didn't even know what it was a call.

Speaker 1:

I didn't even know. I noticed a lot of things.

Speaker 2:

No, the chicken.

Speaker 1:

Because it's like one by literally sitting here In my head. I didn't say that. I said In my head I was laying in the bed, right, it's 2 o'clock in the morning.

Speaker 2:

TV that this song went completely.

Speaker 1:

I said I'm gonna see you, because this is foolishness at this point. I said because you know, and then it's if you came back on about two minutes later. I was like I'm go, I'm gonna go oh wow, because I'm, because I like to self, I like to isolate, cuz I keep myself away from you have to be traction, so that I could see it.

Speaker 1:

Sometimes I do it so much that I forget that the world is going on, and and then I have to get a ver, a message when I'm looking, and they're like go back, you can't do this. You know, I have, you know, my kids, people today, maybe to Tony be one, she, I, I messed up her refrigerator and I think I didn't know how to handle, cuz I've never seen her. Not bubbly what happened, but we think she was. So she was like I'm not mad at you. I was like, nah, be mad at me.

Speaker 2:

I fucked up, but she was first.

Speaker 1:

She's so calm, oh, but she will. Though. One Tony experience and I'm just like block them, I'm done. I'm gonna guess you and to be done with you, or just block you in general. So this like no be nice.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

That'll let you know, because you still got it, and whether you're feeling depressed or not, never forget that you have the Intuition that guide you. Yeah, if this does not feel good, it's not supposed to be.

Speaker 2:

I don't give a damn what they say.

Speaker 1:

This is not feel good. It doesn't feel good because that's your body's way of letting you know I am uncomfortable.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, not good.

Speaker 1:

You know it takes it takes from your spirit, you know, and unless you know this is not working for me. I can literally somebody that I genuinely have issues with in spirit. They can live out of state and come to my same state and not be at my house, and I won't sleep the whole night. Yeah, because. I want to go to sleep, because my spirit is. My spirit is on. Oh yeah, I'm going to what kind of with the bald women they got.

Speaker 2:

It's like that when.

Speaker 1:

I work my nine to five like I literally like I could wake up in the morning, give my coffee and just be a whole nother person. But the moment I hit that clock in yeah it's just like another.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

I'm drained, instantly.

Speaker 2:

I love my metaphysical but you're a hospital, aren't you or?

Speaker 1:

you're in the field, I work from home. No, I work from home.

Speaker 2:

But do you feel people, though? I see it's just the basis.

Speaker 1:

It's just the different energies at the coffee.

Speaker 2:

You have? Yeah, they drain us. The medical put is a succubus field.

Speaker 1:

I used to work at two urgent care and when I say it was a different thing once you like, then I was a whole nother person and that's why I still like no, and they kept yanking. Yeah, I'm like what do y'all want me to do? Because this is how I'm making my money right now.

Speaker 2:

That's that's what happens to be money in a different way.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I left that and I left that go. Because I'm a floor bottomist, I don't even use my life. Yeah, that's what. That's what I'm dealing with currently. You know what a good thing that I practice that I, because I can't help but be with a lot of people coming in out of the clinic, and Mental health is my, is what I love, because I get to incorporate the spirituality, so it helps me to do the universe is in God's will like.

Speaker 1:

I help and then I put my protection bubble on Before I walk out protecting right and I'm divinely guided and you will exist within my space. Right, I will not be cool because I cannot be pulled down. I have to uplift, right? So when I feel that, when you feel, when you get to the space where okay, this is enough, the first at the moment that you feel like I'm right here, that's it for today.

Speaker 1:

I don't, I'm checking out I'm checking because you're my priority Like two parts of your sentence and that is the Because when I talked out on Friday like I literally walked from my office to my bedroom, it just collapsed on the bed. I was just that dream and I know that's not Constantly like. Even I'm constantly sage in my house. Right, I'm doing it like three, four times a day.

Speaker 1:

You go out the block at East Crystal's to now what I was saying earlier, you know like I love my metaphysical Shop job compared to what I'm doing now my tax business, because I do have clients.

Speaker 2:

I love y'all. Oh yeah, it's on my nerves, it's so me.

Speaker 1:

I'll be coming back to me. That's why my depression sometimes are I mean it's. I go up because I got all these people that stress in me.

Speaker 2:

And I still got to go run my story.

Speaker 1:

You know, a couple days we can make product if we get low. So it's just like I want to get to that point to where I could just turn away and just walk away and do what I love. And I know I will, because my spirit team is tell me yeah, my dream job will become my food time job, you know.

Speaker 2:

So you know that's.

Speaker 1:

That's where my depression come at dealing with all these hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of clients.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I love y'all. Yeah, but some y'all y'all be Hope.

Speaker 1:

I'll never stop ringing. I stayed up with one night to late 2 am. Do you know, baby, the whole time I got here. About what? 10? Yeah, it's a question, like you know, because I do what she do, that I just don't have as many classes her. But you know I have a cutoff. I like don't take. I understand you won't show money. I want your money too.

Speaker 2:

It is it, but don't text me after 10 o'clock.

Speaker 1:

Taxes you have to have. Don't matter you still have to have a comeoff like where do you be compressed? All right, yeah, when the mercy is done, deposit I Personally you know I did, because there were, you know, years that I was up all night with her, with certain clients, probably not as long as her, but yeah. Stopped it, but that's how you built the way you are. Yeah, you know, say it again by having that strong work and, yeah, work at it because, you gotta think about it.

Speaker 1:

It's so many people that probably have multiple businesses that probably sometimes out of it. You know, 12 months, maybe three, four, five months. They might not get that much sleep. They might only get a hour to.

Speaker 1:

I do believe, but I me personally I just had to find you know a space within me to just really be compressed, like, yeah, I'm going to, you know, run you know my nine to five tax business in my wellness studio, but at the same time I need me time y'all. I gotta find you know space for me. What like? Even you know I know she don't travel during tax season I'm gonna still give me my birthday in June.

Speaker 2:

I'm back in office, so what would everybody?

Speaker 1:

like to leave you know the viewers that are watching. I'm gonna start with you. What message would you like to leave for them?

Speaker 2:

Again.

Speaker 1:

I use my those two things, those, those are my magic. So you need to find a balance within yourself and understand your patterns. Find your balance, find your powers. Talk to your ancestors, crying in, just like you crying to that therapist, crying in these other spirits that were here before you. They know how they can help you, guide you through and lift up some of that. You know that pressure above you. But other than that, yeah, you know just features. Trust your gods and listen. Stop blocking them out.

Speaker 1:

And I'm gonna piggyback off of her. It's very important to listen to your ancestors. When I was battling what I was going through, you know I wasn't listening to them as much. I was listening to the doctor and the doctor was sending me down a path of taking all these different medications. But when I stopped listening to my doctor and I still respect her for who she is and then the degree that she holds, but she wasn't beneficial to help me get back to where I need to be, when I started listening to my ancestors, you know that's when I got into sound bath therapy. That's when I started.

Speaker 1:

You know, talking to other people that was going through it and you know Developing a soul tribe to where they was helping me get through. You know my issues and problems. So, yeah, listen to your ancestors. You know Meditate. Oh, meditation also helped me a lot to just send steel, even though I still heard the voice is in steel, but I was able to. You know, tell them hush To quiet, be quiet. I want to let you show that. First I want to say Investigate, what a Ricky cleansing is right do that number one right.

Speaker 1:

You want to cleanse all that old energy right no but whatever never let your fears proceed the energy that you put into your creativity Right because, you've born these talents. These talents will not only help you to lead a more fulfilling life, they will provide for you Monetarily right. And then also your creativity opens up to more levels of creativity, so true right and, before you know it, you're all through your business owner, your business owner, you know you collab with these, with these spirits, as that's constantly helping you to gain wisdom and go higher.

Speaker 2:

I'm right right.

Speaker 1:

Create healthy boundaries. If it's uncomfortable, it's uncomfortable because it's not fitting, or either it's stretching. You allow the stretching, but when it no longer serves, you let it go let it go right and learn to be in a space of allowance and not chasing. Do not chase anything. I'm telling you for my spin. Don't do it. Do you know? If it works to be there, right, you just allow it and feel it, and when it's trying to leave, let it leave, because something else is coming. Yeah, right, okay, what about you, tia?

Speaker 2:

I would say that don't let it win. Go to your ancestors. If you have to do medication to get, at least to help you in the Process of it, like if you're in the beginning, at least try to go get help. There's people out here to talk to your friends. If you feel like people don't want to talk to you about it, at the end they have your spirit team. You have your ancestors. If you don't have that or believe in that, then go find someone you can talk to. Yeah, now I would just say, oh, I'll say also, miss Tony has healing products at her store. Ever since I started using it, I felt that my the healing oil, I felt my anxiety has gone down, other than the fact I take my medication. If I feel like it's too, too much and my medication doesn't work, then I'll put some healing oil and I'm like a healing candle and I feel way, way, way better.

Speaker 1:

I used that here on my tooth of the man. You told me put it on the outside, put a little bit on the inside. It worked. I'm not gonna spill nothing else Then.

Speaker 2:

I have to do.

Speaker 1:

It was great.

Speaker 2:

I was having I thought. I had Boys. It was something.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it helps the handi and the clay.

Speaker 2:

She got okay and I need to do it.

Speaker 1:

The message I guess that I would have for folks is I understand, sometimes we're gonna have to take pills.

Speaker 2:

It is nothing wrong with it, I don't.

Speaker 1:

I mean, it's not the wrong one but I don't like medicine, I don't like pills but let's try to turn more into talking to your doctor about Frisk. I bear getting you on some herbs. I'm all about that natural healing, so just let's believe it, cuz let me tell you I saw it work. It works better than being on regular medication with side effects. They can help hurt, hurt you and harm you in the future more than research and learn about taking hurts.

Speaker 2:

I will also. I also say I believe that also that when it comes to doctors, different backgrounds, different beliefs Makes a huge difference I had two different doctors loans from a different race background, but I have another one and the other one the last one I had took more of a time to recognize what was going on, to put me on what I needed to, versus the other one. So I think that doctors make it like certain doctors and it makes a difference.

Speaker 1:

Cuz you know at the doctor's office is a revolving door. I got out of business this is skin. That's it I might do why the blue collar crime.

Speaker 2:

That's what they're doing. It really is, and I hate to say it that way, but it is in the pharmaceutical companies.

Speaker 1:

About making money that doctor got to get so many people written in prescription and stuff like that. That's why Medical practitioner in the front. That now is legal. But spirit practitioners are bad, that's a whole. What I'm saying is true, but ladies, thank you. Like always, oh bye.
