Leaving corporate world to grow plants, one year on does Kate have any regrets?

Almost exactly a year ago, Kate formally came to work full-time at Urban Herbs, growing, selling and promoting herb plants as a full-time job.  She left behind a full-time job in event management and so this shift represented a dramatic change.
