Our Tea of choice today is Lemon balm with a dash of basil - a relaxing/calming brew
For each cup you will need the top growth of both lemon balm and basil - about 6-8 pairs of leaves. Add to a teapot with boiling water and this recipe calls for a long steep of about 15 minutes so employ your tea cosy.
Garden happenings, 6th & 7th Root crop direct sowing
8th-11th Cultivate period.
12th onwards Sowing and planting above-ground fruiting vegetables.
