Natalie Cook
Nat Cook is a retired athlete, author, and now inspirational speaker, career strategist, and now host of this podcast.
As one of the only Australian women to go to 5 Olympic Games, she brought home bronze in 1996 and GOLD in 2000.
She is a motivational speaker, strategic advisor for Deloitte, Consultant for Corporates, and an Ambassador for brands. She is most recently been named to the Board of the Brisbane Organising Committee for the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games (OCOG).
Philanthropic endeavours: 10yrs w Camp Quality kids, the LiveOutLoud Foundation to tackle childhood obesity and SurfVolley.
Currently, she has designed the newly launched Green & Gold Athletes Australia , a program that supports young Australian athletes in achieving their Olympic and Paralympic dreams by offsetting the costs of competing at the highest level.
