The Body, Brain & Soul Podcast
Welcome Friend,
Have you ever wondered if life could be easier?
Have you ever felt the call to create something meaningful in the world, but didn't see it as truly possible for yourself?
Do you wish you had more time to focus on your health and well-being?
Over the past 28+ years I've been on a journey of self-discovery that's been guiding me towards a vision I had as a child where I saw myself strong, healthy, and vibrant; where I knew I was serving my life's purpose, and being who I came here to be.
This journey has taken me down the paths of physical health and fitness, nutrition and body-mind science; it's led me to neuroscience and brain health as a means to up level our human existence; and finally, it's taken me to my Soul, to explore a deeper connection to the part of me that is beyond my body and brain; the part of me that is deeply connected to all that is, was and will be.
What I've discovered is that when we nourish our bodies, and nurture our brains, we create the space to ignite our Souls; and from that space, life becomes unlimited possibility and epic co-creation.
I invite you to join me on this journey and together we'll explore the topics, tools and resources that will become the supportive foundation for a life of freedom and thriving.
The journey is just beginning.
Your host,
Sarah McErlean

Good-Bye Nanny - Celebrating Life, Grieving and Learning with our children
In this very special Mother's Day episode of the Mama Brain Podcast, I share with you the celebration of Nanny.
This past week, we unexpectedly lost Hayden's beloved Nanny which offered me the ability to reflect on how I wanted to show up in the space of grief for myself, as a Mama, and for my daughter.
I learned that I wanted to be present in my experience and teach Hayden to embrace grief, in a loving, supported and safe way, so that rather than fearing it, we're all able to honour the relationship we shared with this special person in our life.
Grief is also about reflecting and learning from the person we've lost and how we choose to embody that wisdom as we move forward in our own lives.
I learned so much this past week and felt that knowing Nanny and celebrating her life offered me a new perspective and an ability to become more expansive as a Mama.
I appreciate you for sharing this journey with me.
Happy Mother's Day!
